      @@traveltraveltrab5095 yes buddy, for me I got total relief from knee pains, I stopped eating salt completely for six months, I only take a pinch of salt in the afternoon with water.

    నమస్తే సార్ మీరు నిజంగా తెలుగు ప్రజల పాలిట ఆరోగ్య దేవుడు నాకు హెల్త్ గురించి తెలిసింది మీ వీడియో ల వలనే గత పాతికేళ్ళు నుండి చూస్తున్నాను కనీసం మీరు చెప్పింది 20% పాటించినా చాలు సార్ సాక్షాత్తు ఆ భగవంతుడే మీలాంటి వారిని పంపిస్తాడేమో సార్ నాకు ఒకప్పుడు సివియర్ గాస్ట్రిక్ పైన్ ఉండేది అది మీ వీడియో లు చాసాకే ఆ సమస్య పై అవగాహన పెరిగింది ఎంతసేపు ఇది వాడు మళ్ళీ రా అన్నవాళ్ళే కానీ అసలు సమస్య ఎందుకు వస్తుంది దానికి మూలం ఏంటి అని చెప్పే వాళ్ళు చాలా తక్కువ మీరు చెప్పేవి ఒక్కరోజులో పాటించక పోవచ్చు కానీ ఎప్పటికి అయినా మీ దారిలోనే రావాల్సి ఉంది సార్ మీరు చల్లగా ఉండాలి సార్ 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

      Dear sir
      My body weight is 95 kg. I'm suffering right leg knee pain n left side disc prbm. N also facing motion prbm. Not coming free motion.
      As per ur message,I'm taking diet with out Salt. Only rice .
      Breakfast n dinner taking fruits. Frm the last days FOLLOWING. But body reduced, n weight not reduced.
      Give us advice ESPECIALLY for me
