Solis products are good quality, but unfortunately there is almost no backup for Solis products in South Africa. I have a 4G inverter but cant get any technical assistance in SA, so check if there is backup for Solis products in your country before buying.

When there is no pv and no battery can this be powered buy the house power for a home office garden shed and can it be powerd from house to charge battery?
What is the point of installing a hybrid inverter to power you shed from the grid, witouth solar pv and battery? All you need for that is a cable from your house to your shed, basically a 20 buck extension cord. :) or?
That is a very common issue. I mean if a solar PV system with a battery for self-consumption and/or backup is not sized properly to your needs on the loads side. There can/could be several issues here. 1. Your consumption is higher than the stored capacity. 2. Your PV production is lower than the overall power need to recharge your batteries if those were drained down after production time. 3. Your loads are "eating" up more power than the produced power and storage during the day. etc, etc, etc .. or the combination of these scenarios. I do not know where are you based, what is the installed NET capacity and what is the size of your battery storage. Can you share more info on your system. Have you purchased your system from us?
35firmware, LEad-acid, user-def batt, don't want to charge from grid(((( 44V, grid charge set is ON - but nothing happen(((. Also OHBV Error soo much issue for this inverter!!! also not all events left to APP, more then 90% lefts in invertor only(((
Hi, this is a hybrid inverter not a battery inverter charger. I would suggest to get a battery inverter/charger instead of a hybrid inverter to connect batteries to your system. Preferably a one with grid forming capabilities.

In back up mode or ups mode it is possible, so it is on grid and off grid inverter
