I will probably be looking for a place like this in a couple of years. I'm two years away from being 70. I was a little boy I used to visit my grandmother in a trailer park much like this. The sad part is I thought of her as elderly like a little kid gives much thought to anything but now I'm eight years older than she was back in the day. It's a very nice place and everything looks in top notch condition. Thank you for the video. ❤
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment Thomas! I appreciate your sharing that experience and insight with us. It’s a great place to relax and have fun and make new friends. Please keep my contact info for when you are ready :)
Thanks Kara for showing this beautiful late model Cavco with a very reasonable sale price. The Family owned park and it's affordable rent are an added plus.
This is a beautiful home. However, I agree the no pets policy put me off too. I just feel more comfortable having neighbors who are also animal people.
That was rude. Some people have sensitive hearing. Someone who wears hearing aid could be bothered by it. My granddaughter has sensitive hearing. She can hear a train coming way before you can. She says it’s loud. So please think before you speak!
I lived across from a pool in an apartment complex in CA in the eighties. I worked nights in an ED. The constant slamming of the gate all day made sleep impossible. I had to move.
Lovely home but I could not live in a place with zero greenery outside. Too barren. I live in a mobile home now and it’s great. Very affordable. I currently pay $500 and am on a lease that gets renewed every few years. I have found that mobile home parks in the Southwest are a lot nicer than most other places. The parks are cleaner and nicer. So are the mobile homes. Maybe because they are newer?
Hi Kara, I can see this is in Arizona, but WHERE, what town/city is this located in ? Doesn't seem to mention it anywhere, not even on your website. Thanks, Kyle
Thank you for your comment, Kyle. I’m not sure you visited the correct page on my website because the complete address is listed along with a link to more detailed information about the property. I’ve added a link in the description section of the video along with other helpful information for your convenience. The home is located in Apache Junction, AZ.
Once I move in, I'll need you to do some cooking at the clubhouse and also serve the food for me and a few of the neighbors. And you'll also need to make a good dessert from scratch. So I hope you don't mind!
I don't see Why people pay this much to live in a trailer park. $110K and then a lifetime of RENT to boot!! They must have died... Why would they be including everything, otherwise??
Many people who purchase these types of properties have other homes. The seller has no need of the contents and for someone who is looking for something fully furnished, this could be a plus. Land lease communities are not for everyone and the rent will go up every year.
It's very nice, but before I would buy it, all the furniture has to be removed, along with all dishes and countertop appliances. Everything! I want the place empty!

I would love to live in that park. It is beautiful.
Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood. It is perfect and I love all the community has to offer. I would definitely live in that gorgeous 🏠.
No Pets Great big Plus ! I will consider.
Great job Kara. Hope to see more of you when business picks up. Next time you go by a mirror give us a wave.😊❤
I could live comfortably here.
Great job on the video that's a beautiful home thank you 🌹
No pets is the downer!
I love watching your videos. You have the most beautiful voice...
I’m so glad you are here. Thank you for your kindness.
Love the mobile home also. Just a bit out of my price range.
Lovely place I'm currently living in Nicaragua but looking to relocate back to the US in march. Your videos and prices or great.
Thank you for your feedback! Safe travels :)
Great to hear from you again God bless mark in Kansas
Wow very nice place. Thanks for showing it
I love this. Haven't seen many of your updates lately. Looking to move to Arizona. I'm in Tennessee. Want to retire there in an affordable place
Excellent lot rent. Might want a fixer upper
really nice
Dang! That is perfect! 👍👍👌
Beautiful place!
Very Nice. I could purchase right now.
Very nice!
I was very interested but no pets lost me!
Many people have emotional support animals these days.

How old are water tank and AC
Whats in the are to do for fun. Any salsa dancing?
The constant noise from the pool pump is a deal breaker for me.
Don't be a baby!

This one is far less depressing than the 1983 unit in your other video. Are there any other monthly fees?
Let me guess; the renter can't own the land, so the rent can keep going up.
Yeah, just like people that own their houses. Their property taxes go up every year.

Price HOA is a no-no
Would we be able to put 20% down and finance the rest? Or is this cash only?
If you’d like to give me a call on Monday I’d be happy to share chattel lender contacts with you!
Love it. Have to ask though since almost everything is coming with it...was it a vacation home for the previous owner? And the price is amazing!
Yes it has been only minimally used.
❤❤
I have pets
110 Thousand! For a trailer🤣

No greenery? I see shrubbery and palm trees. That's greenery.
Trailer park, yuk

From the looks of it, there's already a good desert right outside the fence. Lots of hot, dry, arid sand. Perfect desert.
Did you say turkey ready:):)
Probably! lol

Make it part of the offer.
Along with that strange religious pole stashed in the master bedroom closet. That was wikkid spooky.
