Don't make the same mistake I did. You get caught in a contract with a park owner who raises the lot rent to where you can't afford to pay it but you can't move out because you have to find a buyer for your mobile who is "approved" by the park owner. Not only that, but the park owner may have raised the lot rent to the point where it's difficult or impossible to find a buyer. Then you may find yourself evicted from your own mobile home and you still are obligated to pay the lot rent!!!
If you look at the description the lot rent price says current rent price…. Big red flag I would never own a modular home unless I own the lot
It happens like you say but not that often at all.
I have seen also where the park owners of older lots wouldn't keep up the park or would sell the lot to developers . Many of the residents either could not afford to have their home moved, could not find another park or the home was too old to move. This home is lovely but you are in the hands of others.

I love it when people take care of their places. This is a really nice home the price is not too bad either and neither is the lot rent. If I was interested in moving from Texas to Arizona this would be the house I would want to move into. But I could not stand to be away from my family and be that far away from them. Somebody is going to get a great deal on this house it's really pretty and with mobile home prices nowadays I could not afford a new mobile home , a 3-bedroom 1-bath maybe two bath sells for over $100,000.

Good suggestion but unfortunately probably not but I think there is a push for rent control of these mobile home parks because of the horrible practices with investors buying them up and raising the lot rents.

The tile is very nice, but they just placed the tile to another tile and did not use spacers and grout.
Are spacers and grout really needed? I liked them too, but thought there was maybe too many of them.

Bleh…I went to Palm Springs for a vacation and planned to look at some manufactured homes such as these. But, I left with an offer on a condo. I am having slight buyers remorse. These are really nice! We do have a German Shepherd dog, so many parks would discriminate against the breed, or at least the size.
