Do not buy any homes or land on you tube .not saying all is scams but some are. The goverment has warn us to watch out for scams. Scammers are selling propertys during seasons when owners are away from property. They make up fake papers, and never send any money to hold anything that's a sign of a scam. Always ask for there names and business they are with and call to see if they work for them and if that property is listed with them and ask for a pic of realtor to be text to u and never never send any money.

Let me first say I am over 55 & have lived in a mobile home before. This home may be new but keeping that in mind, the layout could be better. 55+ community with washer & dryer sticking out in the walkway which may hamper people that need to use a walker. What would you need an outlet on the far side for? The shed, extra storage would only be as good as a 55+ person could reach. It would be hazardous if shelves were built up high causing adults to have to climb a ladder. Storage would be minimal. I like the fact that the bedrooms are separated. The larger bedroom could have had a bathroom with a shower for that price.
I couldn’t agree more, cabinets are a Hard pass , my wife would never climb just to use them They could have built them outwards increasing space & easier access. I’m up in Ct living in a mobile park. Good luck 👍

Compare this to what Tiny Homes are going for, this is a steal. Love the floor plan. Can't wait to retire and leave Florida and move to Arizona.

@@rickhager7978 If you haven't been in Az during the summer it would be a great idea for you to rent to see what it's like at 125 degrees in the shade before you relocate. In the sun your skin feels like it's burning. I have lived there. Beautiful Oct through March.

I dont get why there is taxes when you rent the land. Its nice like the area for dog and the fencing the other units in neighborhood look older and dated from what I could see and no pool in az. is like not having a snow blower up north lol

Yes, of COURSE they have AC units. What a stupid thing to say. I'm asking how efficient is the cooling in the summer with scant insulation, no shade, house made of metal. The segment shows the AC unit, why would you bring that up again???

I especially like the outdoor sitting area. When the time comes for me to make my move, I want to have something like that to use as an outdoor smoking area. Unlike the house I have now, I want to go smoke-free inside and I could easily picture that space as ideal. Also love the picturesque flowers out front. I forgot but sunflowers grow abundantly out there (I've been stuck in Kentucky for too long.) Thanks, Kara for showing us this gem!
That outdoor space is fantastic, but I find the lack of great storage in this one to be a problem. But nice overall. Thanks for the video.
