    That muffin angle was perfect - it allowed me to see the ingredients, how they’re added and the technique. Appreciate that! Also, I’d love the recipes too! Please and thank you in advance! Is the Louisiana Spice from WF? Wait wait wait, you gonna run that chicken in the air fryer explanation back, cuz whet? How many more degrees do you go up and for how long! AP seems like such a cool dude. So many are such drill sergeants and wanna “rah rah rah!” No ma’am, no sir! Loved the vid! Keep it coming!

      Oh, that Louisiana spice is bomb and I found it at an Asia Farmer's Market called Nam Dae Mun in the section where you would find packages dried fruit and nuts they have a ton of seasons to select from.. that is where I buy the dried onions which are bomb in the egg muffins...
      😂 at the chicken in the air fryer explanation: Let me try that again....
      so I always start the air fryer at 290 slow cook it for 15-20 mins..
      before I close the air fryer:
      1. I sprinkle just a little more seasoning for the homies lol
      2. I drizzle olive oil or avocado oil over the top of the meat
      3.then I take the temp up to about 315 and cook for another 15 mins or so..
      4.Once you can tell that the meat is cooked then I turn it up to 350 and cook until that golden brown color comes ...
      Slow cooking the meat with keep it tender and it won't dry out... it's gonna be bomb! Let me know how it turns out..
      He has really helped me step up my game.... just know that I have side eyed him plenty of times but he keeps the jokes coming which really helps. The first week or two that I started with him, I was wanting through my place like I was tryn'a sneak in 😩🤣

      Tell me more about what you would like to know about organization -
      Are you looking for direction on life balance or organizing work life? home life?
      The biggest thing about getting back on track is being kind to yourself when things feel off and allowing yourself to feel that emotion.
      What I mean is this, if something ( a situation ) or a person hurt you allow yourself to feel that. hurt.
      If something happened that disappointed you, allow yourself to feel it vs. shrugging your shoulders dismissing it.
      The less you allow yourself to feel the deeper the hole you dig to bury those feels and the heavier you feel.
      This is experience talking.
      I find that journaling during those times allows myself put my emotions somewhere and get them out of the inside of me.
      When I do that, I often feel like it is easier to sort my emotions and re-balance myself.
      I also listen to music and spend time doing something that makes me smile like dance, cook and watch a funny movie.
      On the hard days or season, I would take a moment and go get ice cream or go to the park and jump on a swing.
      Something so simple, did so much for me.
      I keep coloring books at home and during the harder seasons, it helped.
      When we can reconnect with our inner girl and the things that make us happy it helps the bounce back and makes it easier to recover from those hard days and or weeks.
      And sometimes, we just need a good cry to release what we are holding.
      I did a view last week about overcoming the hard days in the tough seasons !

      @ thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed response to me! It really means so much. I will definitely implement some of the tips you suggested. As far as the organization. You mentioned that you are living in a smaller space that is a dream home for you and that you are slowly embracing it. From watching your videos it seems you have a "place for everything" I was just wondering how you keep things so neat & tidy as I am hoping to move towards minimalism as well

    I loved this video. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week and I changed my diet but I discovered my body does not handle red meat well. It cause inflammation and sluggishness. I lost 25 lbs but I can't seem to lose anymore. I'm stuck.

      Hi Love! Thank you so much.. Can you share with me what you are doing in the gym and what is in your diet?
      Tracking your meals will help - like what are you eating. Also how much water do you drink? Yes at red meat.
      You may have to do a few things to speed up your metabolism, but first drop me a message about your diet and what you are eating and drinking.

      @TriciaBachoo I do 30 min on the treadmill, abdomen machine, leg machine, and hip machine most days. My diet is filled with vegetables and protein and H20. I don't eat too many fruits because I am borderline diabetic and most are too sweet. No rice,bread,potatoe,flour or sweets
