    Oh my god you’re a hard worker! I just looked at all of the links that you provided and you even provided low cost thyroid and iron tests that you can mail! You are incredible! It’s just amazing how detailed and how much work you’ve put into all of this! You should be getting paid a lot!

    I’m not much for cooking but these recipes are easy to follow and fix. Really helps to stay focused and on track. The only issue I have is having to print each page of the ingredients and directions instead of just being able to print everything at once. It makes me wonder if I’m selecting to print or is their an easier way. It’s really cool you go to all that trouble. Thanks

    I'm pregnant in my first trimester with my second baby and your video's are literally the only meal preps that look good to me and are realistic for me and a healthy weight lose journey while pregnant and it's meals my son and husband would eat too!!!     Update, after getting all the groceries yesterday and meal prepping everything. These recipes are all winners! I doubled everything so my teens and husband could try everything too. So much flavor in the chili and fajita pasta salad. For my teens I switched the pasta to regular wheat because they refuse any substitutes. They gobbled up two bowls. Chili is off the hook and so filling! All the other recipes are delicious too. Thank you! This is the second 5 day meal prep I have done and it’s so nice to have a packed fridge of food and only cooking a twice a week all while losing weight.

    You are tied with one other channel as my favorite channel. I absolutely love all your videos❣️ I did the pancakes from a different video where you put shredded apples and that was delightful. Not only have you helped me feel satisfied all day long, your suggestions have extremely calmed down my acid reflux. I have been able to get off my medicine which I learned leads to dementia. It really is all about diet and good food choices. I love that you explain what each food does and how it helps the body. Thank you, thank you, thank you❣️

    That pasta salad is honestly amazing! My tip would be to add the cilantro-lime dressing bit by bit as the total amount I had was too much for my ingredients, even though I followed the recipe. I'm making it again today!

    So good to have you back, just watching your video listening to you, gives me a boost..... 😍 my doc reduced my Synthroid dose as previous dose was suppressing my TSH but Kayla since then I have been struggling alot emotionally, irritated, frustrated 😞 basically I am all over the place

    I just fixed the chicken fajita pasta and it was delicious. The hardest part was having to print the ingredients, the instructions and couldn’t figure out how to print the macros. I also entered the recipe on my FatSecret app and the macros were spot on.

    I have cooked the chicken fajita pasta salad & the stuffed sweet potatoes. I’ve also had the smoothie for two mornings. Everything has been so good! It’s been about 2 weeks since we followed your meal preps and I can’t wait to make some more! Love that you have all the calories added up and grocery lists already made (the worst part lol).     Made the chicken fajita pasta salad today. Even my hubby ate it and he's a meat and potatoes guy. Never likes anything I make if it's a new recipie, and healthy, always critiquing lol, but this, he enjoyed it and had nothing bad to say.

    Looks like great recipes, the problem is I am highly allergic to avocado anything and for some reason nearly every healthy meal prep video uses avocado. And there are never suggested substitutions . I do appreciate the links to the food prep containers, so nice to find some that are glass, thank you

      Tysm! I’ll add this to my list of meal prep ideas for sure 🥰❤️ But, because all of my meal preps focus on using only whole natural foods, he could benefit from starting them now. I would start him on the anti-inflammatory meal prep first (it’s on my healthy meal prep playlist linked in the description box above). Also, make sure he switches from using table salt to a high quality unprocessed Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt ☺️❤️

    First off id like to say the way you make this channel feel easy and can be done by anyone is truly amazing. I was wondering tho for weight loss are the portion sizes too large?… in now starting my weight loss journey and don’t know how much I should portion or not even worry about?     Your meal preps are helping me lose weight and they are delicious! I have all the glass dishes which make eating so much better than a plastic black container. My mason jars are so cute with the wooden tops on them now and I love eating the chia seed and rolled oats with various ingredients in them. I feel like I have made some great and life long changes in my daily habits. Thank you so much for all your hard work.     I just got done eating the turkey chili stuffed sweet potatoes. They were SO good! I'm a HUGE sweet potato fan. I used red onion instead of sweet, and I topped them with a homemade HEALTHY sauce (nonfat plain greek yogurt mixed with my favorite 0cal salsa) and drizzled that on top. My fiancée and I loved this dish and will be making it again.

    I have made this meal prep a few times now easy to do once you master the prep. Today for the first time I made the brownies. 😂 used carab powder instead of chocolate. (I love chocolate but it does not like me.) Thank you

    Also, please think about providing some meal preps for those who enjoy doing OMAD or only
    2 meals a day. I feel so much better when I eat only one or two meals, but not sure I get all the nutrients. Thanks for keeping this in mind!
