Hey so this modeling coach told me I needed a comp card with a range of different poses, looks, and facial expressions so are you sure just a headshot and body shot would be just enough? I’d think with the portfolio book you wouldn’t need to include all those.
Overall this was a good video; however, there's actually one point you raised that's not actually correct. When a Mother Agency places you with another agency in another market and that agency charges you 20% that 20% is actually SPLIT 50/50 between the agencies! So the agency in the other market gives the MA 10% and they keep 10% it's NOT 20% twice.

Not really, some mother agents get their percentage from the agency they put u in and not from you, it means if you get 60% it will stay the same and your mother agency will take 10% or 20%from the 40% the agency took

Hey, you are doing amazing videos. But you mentioned that the models which are having a mother agency have to pay two agencies. This is actually not true. A mother agency only receives 10% commission from the agency where they are placing their model. An agency takes 20% from the models gross earning and receive also 20% from the client. The 20% ,which they will receive from the client will be split to 10/10 -> so 10% will get the foreign agency and 10% the Mother Agency. The Mother agency will not receive any percentage from the 20% , which will be deducted from the gross earnings from the model. For example, in Paris, London, Milan the model commission is much higher, but the mother agency will receive nothing, they will only receive the 10% from the clients commission.

Hi Allison, there are different types of modeling as I explained in this video th-cam.com/video/699XwSvR9bY/w-d-xo.html , you don’t meet the height requirements for high fashion modeling which is what everyone usually go for, but there are other types of modeling (i.e commercial print, petite modeling etc) that don’t have a strict height requirement. If you really want to model I’d suggest looking for agencies that represent those other categories. After all Kate Moss is 5’6 and she was still able to make her dream happen. Good luck
