우선 감사해요 ・ᴗ・ 캐나다 케이크가 너무 맛이 없어서 집에서 만들었는데요. 큰아이 성인되는 생일날 만들어 먹었는데 시트가 저세상 시트예요. 너무 촉촉하고 크림도 달지 않고 맛있어요. 레드벨벳의 최고봉이예요. 70프로 계량하기 힘들어서 1배합 하고 1호틀에 적당량 넣어 굽고 나머지는 머핀틀에 넣어 컵케이크 네개 나왔어요. 1.3~1.5센티 정도 시트 네장으로 케이크 만들었어요.
This recipe is worthy of 10 million views! I’ve followed your recipe religiously and made it about 4 times now and it was a huge success every time. Beautiful colour AND taste. ❤ 😋 I especially love the fact that you haven’t used the ‘original’ recipe for the cream cheese frosting. I just find it too heavy and overpowering - the amount of butter that goes in! Still the thing with any cream cheese frosting is that after a few days in the fridge it starts to harden and go yellow (I’m a slow eater!) So I’ve now learnt to use the frosting recipe from your other red velvet video for the layers in between and for the icing follow the recipe in this video with much much less cream cheese. It basically becomes fresh cream icing with a hint of cream cheese but stays white and fluffy for days! Anyway highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️
Just wondering, did you add any leavening agents baking powder or soda? I followed the recipe to a t and it didn’t rise much (though I don’t think it’s supposed to?) so I was just curious if you made any amendments!
@@PDHatsuneMiku hi sorry for the late reply. No didn’t use any raising agent I think the egg ‘meringue’ (well with both yolk and white) creates the fluffiness so you really need to whip it up. Warm it up 6 mins on high + 2 mins on low. Make sure the consistency of the batter is the same as hers or even fluffier especially if you need some time between each step. The moment you stop whipping it starts to flatten. What I do extra is tilt the bowl and then it slowly spin it with my left hand while I’m vigorously whipping away with my right hand so as to let as much air in as possible. This way you can also achieve the same fluffiness about 2 mins faster 😊 and the 2 min slow whip as per the video of course. I did find that the cream cheese frosting failed every time so had to go find a recipe on google instead with more or less the same ingredients.. 😂 but it works! The number of times I’ve made it is creepy and worrying.. but it’s just SOOOOOO yum 😋

오늘 만들어봤어요. 정말 말씀하신 것처럼 전혀 새로운 식감의 레드벨벳 시트네요. 시폰케이크같아요. 색은 세바롬색소로 냈는데 조꽁드님거에 비해선 약해서 다음번에 만들면 색소를 더 넣어야할것 같아요. 폭신하고 촉촉한게 부담없는 레드벨벳시트로 좋은것 같아요! 다만 원래 제 계획대로라면 버터크림치즈 아이싱 후에 버터크림 플라워등을 올리려고 했는데 시트가 너무나 가볍고 폭신해서 꽃을 지탱해줄지가 미지수네요 ㅠ. 아무쪼록 이번 레시피도 유용히 잘 쓰겠습니다! 감사해요:)

@@shruthisp6122 You are to use vinegar, cocoa powder and buttermilk to achieve its slightly tangy/ chocolatey rich taste and it's red maroon colour. In addition to baking soda it makes sure it has a velvety crumb. This recipe is not an authentic red velvet cake.
One time I've tried to make a red velvet cake and I finalised making just dark cake...no red in the batter. Anyway your cake is more beautiful and spectacular than mine 😁 and I absolutely love your kitchen bowls and pots and everything!

The eggs were probably overmixed. :) What I do in situations like that is right after I bake the cakes, I remove it from the pan immediately and cool them down on a cooling rack :)

As a Baker myself, I tried this recipe and it is really fluffy and spongy. However it feels like it lack of flavour. I prefer the traditional red velvet cake.

Hola! Me encanta esta receta y la hice con arroz rojo.Quiero hacer la tarta de arcoiris y no puedo usar arroz roja. Dime por favor, si necesito usar polvo de hornear? Arroz de levadura roja sirve solo para darle color o también como polvo de hornear?!

I have a baking question 🙋🏼♀️ Why do your cakes sometimes include adding meringue to the cake batter and sometimes just use whole eggs? Under what circumstances should I incorporate meringue into my genoise recipes? When is it best to leave out the meringue? I’ve noticed most genoise recipes do not include meringue

근데 크림치즈가 부드럽게 안 풀리는데 조꽁드님 크림치즈는 차가운데도 부드러워 보여요. 어떤 크림치즈를 써야 하나요? 집엔 앵커크림치즈가 있어요. 너무 단단해서 차가운 상태에서 주걱이 부러질 것 같더라고요 ㅠㅠ

As a Baker myself, I tried this recipe and it is really fluffy and spongy. However it feels like it lack of flavour. I prefer the traditional red velvet cake.
