It’s a delicious cake that you can keep on eating without feeling that it’s to heavy or too sweet. It’s simply amazing. A true work of art.
If you cook the condensed milk for a few hours you will have the dulce de leche or "manjar", so called in Latin America. I really like your recipes and I enjoy them from Chile. 😃🥰
In Brazil we put the condensed milk can in a pressure cooking pan for around 30 to 50 minutes and there you have it. It's just important to remove the glue the label leaves behind so it doesn't clog the pan's valve, but other than that, it's pretty great, simple and quick to make it.
@@vick2255 yes, and that is an extremely low quality product. Dulce de Leche takes about 9h to be perfectly cooked, but doesn't need to be made in one batch.

Aqui no Brasil, colocamos a lata de leite condensado diretamente na panela de pressão, com água cobrindo toda a lata, assim que a panela começar a chiar, marcamos 40 minutos, retire da panela, espere ESFRIAR COMPLETAMENTE e só assim abra a lata. O doce de leite fica maravilhoso.

When making Dulce de Leche you must add baking soda in the beginning before you start heating up the milk because otherwise lactic acid is formed, which impedes the colour and flavour development, the dulce the leche turns out very light in colour and it shouldn't be like that... RECIPE of DULCE DE LECHE (traditional) * 2 Lts of Milk * 500 grs Sugar * 100 CC Cream Milk * 2 grs of Sodium Bicarbonate Mix all the ingredients in a steel pot, put over low heat while mixing constantly with a wood spoon. In Russia people boil the can of condensed milk to achieve caramelization. Simmer can for 2 hours completely covered by water (add more if water evaporates as the cans can blow up if not water covered).

Depende de la marca del dulce, pero a veces vienen más duros o líquidos. Creo que tampoco parece uno repostero. Probablemente salga bien con el dulce de leche casero, en ese punto medio espeso. Hablo desde el desconocimiento 🥺.

An easy way to make something kinda like dulce de leche is to boil an unopened can of condensed milk. Apparently that's what people used to do back in the day and you only need to boil it for like 10 min or something. It's a pretty neat and time saving trick to know.

Fast recipes for Dulce de Leche: Cook a can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes once it starts starts to expel the pressure through pressure cooker pin. The can should be placed sealed in the pan and and not opened, after cookied, until it cools completely. Another way is to place condensed milk in jars, sealed and cooked in a pressure cooker with water (2 cups aprox) w/a cloth underneath the jars to avoid turbulence. Both processes work wonderfuly, however safety must be observed. If you are not sure about the process avoid trying.

오늘 만들었습니다 카라멜만드는과정에서 연유 살짝 뭉친게 풀리지않아서 모든 카라멜 들어가는 공정에서 가느다란 체에 받쳐서 하느라 시간이 더 오래걸렸는데 너무나도 멋지고 너무 맛있는 케이크가 만들어졌어요!
카라멜맛이 몹시 강할줄 알았는데 만들고나니 견과류의 고소한맛이 더 묻어나는 맛이예요~^^ 겨울이라 실내온도가 낮아서 카라멜만드는것부터 아이싱완성까지 3시간안에 다 만들어졌네요~ 감사합니다!

Fast recipes for Dulce de Leche: Cook a can of condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes once it starts starts to expel the pressure through pressure cooker pin. The can should be placed sealed in the pan and and not opened, after cookied, until it cools completely. Another way is to place condensed milk in jars, sealed and cooked in a pressure cooker with water (2 cups aprox) w/a cloth underneath the jars to avoid turbulence. Both processes work wonderfuly, however safety must be observed. If you are not sure about the process avoid trying.
