What an interesting way of making red velvet cake. I think I like this way better. Instead of using red food dye, you used red rice flour and cocoa powder. Love it!!!
Actually, most red velvet cakes have some food dye, but most of the redness comes from buttermilk reacting with the cocoa powder. Also, most people do not have red rice flour. (or at least most of my friends don't)

U really shouldnt use cold cream cheese unless u agree to lose your arm after that. It wont desolve to the cream bc it’s cold, so u have to keep stirring it until the cream cheese cool down and melt to the cream. So basicly u can leave the cc in room temperature before using If u used cold cream cheese, u can divide the batter into 3 parts and stir them seperately so that it could melt quicker Good luck!
