We are planted based eaters and I am on a soft diet and only eat one meal a day. Meal planning is a must. Even though hubby and I are retired it is still helpful.

Love this video! I only found you last week when I searched Aussie mum grocery haul and I’ve watched a couple of videos since! I’m conscious of what I put into my body but also like to eat intuitively but find it’s so rare to find mums on TH-cam who are also mums themselves, Australians and speak openly about food and meals!

yes it tasted fine, I wasn't sure how good Thursdays would be but it was fine. I still would have loved a fresh steak!
That’s awesome to know, I would love to prep salmon but was worried it had to be cooked the same day as eating it but that’s awesome it all tasted fine. Yes I love me a good fresh steak too, I think I’m going to fly your mess for next week haha I literally love everything you have cooked ❤
