Jen, you look great! I can’t tell if that is periwinkle, blue or what but it is your color! You guys are awesome. I so enjoy watching you two laugh together! You just don’t see much of that anymore. My husband and I just celebrated 47 years of marriage in March. Being able to laugh at each other and with each other keeps things fun and never boring.

I can honestly say that I miss you guys! And I think part of it is that the YT algorithm sometimes means that we don’t see your videos pop up. Or we didn’t, when you still did a lot of long form content.

I have a tincture question: are there tinctures in your book that don’t include alcohol and how much herbs do you need to make a small amount for one person? I would love to start doing this for myself because frankly I’m sick of doctors trying to medicate me. I prefer natural ways.
