- RC4WD DXR2 Minor Idler Problem & Fix
When reassembling the Idler I found that the retaining screw was too long causing it to pinch the Idler shaft when screwed down completely. In the video I show a very simple fix if you have the same issue when reassembling. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

I would definately take a link out if I ran out of adjustment on the spring rate adjustment screw. They're locktited now so they won't loosen and reduce the spring rate again. It's odd that the small screw I talk about in the video is 10mm on both sides and too long on both sides. At 7.5 mm in length the screw can be fastened all the way and the piston slides but at the factory length of 10mm tightened all the way the piston was pinned in the bore. Mine were only screwed in part way from the factory to allow them to move!! 🙄

I will definitely do a video once I have one!! I'm getting the 360L next probably in 2 more months ill be saved up for it. After that probably in a year or so ill be getting the loader. Maybe Rc Powered or ThatsMyRc could do one for you?
This must be the hour 51 of operation 😳 first issue 🤪 at least it was caught and well taken care of. Those calibers in which I’m sure your aware of but the other opposite side is for measuring inner distance the side you had it on was for outer. Eagle machinery is sending me some parts not sure what parts but rc4wd just sent me a email. Must be new oring possibly pump bearing maybe a back up up 😍 nice video great info to know I’ll be checking mine. Why more tension did the new tracks stretch? I heard of others taking out a link to compensate the distance. 👍🏼#3
Lol . Exactly I knew I was gonna get bit soon!! Hour 51. I don't think the tracks are stretching but rather that screw that I set at 5/8" dosnt have any locking compound so it can spin and lessen the spring rate. YellowIronCowboy talks about it in his video and I'd agree. I put locktite on it this time which will probably hold but if it's still an issue a jam nut would work. That would be awesome if they sent you a new pump!! Then you'd have one on the shelf !!
Little by little the dozer shows its weak points. The problem is the soft zinc die-cast parts. You can also see that the groove is worn out. you shouldn't let a screw run in a groove, but rather a bolt.
In spite of the small weak points its an absolutely amazing machine. I really Love it. Just like the big boys stuff breaks or is mal designed from the factory. Part of the fun for me is solving and working through the issues.
