  • RC4WD DXR2 Dozer SUNDAY NIGHT PUSH -
    This pile is about 1/4 yard (40 shovels) and the DXR2 pushes it 10 feet in 15 min. This machine never stops amazing me. 10 hours in on the new tracks from RC Construction Projects and they are working perfect.
    Please stay tuned for some fpv footage!! I've got some new film hardware on the way with the hopes of capturing some realistic in cab footage.

    I’m a smig envy of your dozer I want mine 😥 it’s therapeutic these construction Rc equipment can be. One can find so much relaxing fun in their own back yard regardless of space needed all can be a fun challenge to maneuver around change the landscape 👍🏼#1

      Yeah the backyard part is the real winner. I fly RC Planes and Helicopters & Boats and it all requires packing up , going to a certian place, unpacking and so on. It's so nice to go out in the backyard and start pushing or digging or loading and hauling. I definitely go to a whole different place mentally and hours dissolve. The ideal pandemic hobby!!

      @@rcscalebuilders8268 I tried helicopters once bought a used repaired supposably one, bought the real flight simulator to practice on “flew on it like a pro” Spent another few hundred in upgrades on heli later to turn it on first flight and it hit the ground wife had to laugh, knowing how much pride I took to work on it then see it wind up and go down so fast. Later to find out it was all due to a stripped nut I wasn’t aware of when purchased sold it and took a loss 🥺😂

      Thank You very much for the compliment. It's really fun to push big piles of dirt !! I'm sure one day you will be adding one to your setup.

    I do enjoy the demonstrations yall put on. One thing that would help us understand how much dirt is really pushed is if, at least you would stand beside the machine you're demonstrating. That would really help with the visual of how much dirt you're pushing with that. Please and thank you.

    Well I’m glad there’s plenty of videos on this dozer to watch, I’m on week 4 waiting on mine (that was supposedly in stock) to ship I can’t stand the wait. Cool videos

      @@KC-7mm You can get those same exact motors on aliexpress for between $6 -$10 each. I keep spares on hand. They're 55T 540 motors with the writing Tuned Machine on them. These are the exact motors in our DXR2. Just search 540 55T on Aliexpress. Next it could be the wiring to the speed control or one of the speed controllers itself. Have you inspected the wiring ? If you haven't opened it up yet, I would do that and inspect all the connections. Next I would very highly recommend getting a Servonaut M211 Dual motor controller. Its one speed control that controls both motors and makes the machine operate in a very realistic way on 1 stick. Once you wire that in you've eliminated any of the possible problems in the drive circuit.

      @@rcscalebuilders8268 thanks for the advice. Wiring is good I even swapped esc’s and it still shuts down less than a minute of running. I’ll look into to dual motor control.

    Definitely need a better sound module imo

    • @rcscalebuilders8268
      @rcscalebuilders8268  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your input. She's got about the best you can get. Running a Servonaut SMR . You can choose different track noises , different backup beeper, and different hydraulic noises. You can also turn any sound on and off as well as tune the sound equalizer. The only unit that's more configurable than this SMR is the Beier USM-RC-2 but it's got features that just aren't necessary for a High Sprocket Dozer imo.

    Does the sound file come stock on these or are we required to add it?

    • @rcscalebuilders8268
      @rcscalebuilders8268  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes all the sounds are pre programed and highly customizable. You can choose different backup beepers different track noises and all sorts of other tweaks to set it up to sound exactly how you want it.
