As i have loved horses since childhood!!🥰🐎 (i dont know, i guess since my parents always watched westerns when i was growing up🙄😏😊) Anyway, i have a curio cabinet full of ceramic horses!! I am always on the look out for them at flea markets!!
As an aging "baby boomer", tho i wouldnt be able to take care of a property full of animals. I have already planned my twilight years and sadly, it doesnt include farm animals.😔 it includes a farm but, for growing crops, not animals (except for small pets). Great overhead door! I love the fact it's quiet. The landscaping/hardscaping needs improvement to prevent erosion away from the foundation. Retaining walls would help.

Love this property. Neighbors are a little close, but I guess that's to be expected being within marching distance of Louisville. Not moving yet, but hope that in a couple of years I can find such a "new" house with acreage.

There's so many amazing properties in Kentucky but for me it's BRAD that finds those dream properties like the last property he was being shown by a guy in a talon amazing dream place...this property is gorgeous as well...I just love Kentucky it's the part of the world I'd buy into if I won the UK euromillions 🤞...9.00 those washing machines are about the size of a small family car in the UK 🤗just joking🧐... Brad trying to work that amazing huge microwave reminded me of Ozzy trying to workout his gigantic remote control 🤔🤗....this is how up to date this property is it's got Brad bamboozled....

nahhhh, its the stupid Premiere Pro --- it doesn't take the footage in correctly - it messes it all up, then you have to color grade... it was never like that until the 'upgrade'. very frustrating...

@@robanderson4137 it is frustrating for sure... the footage looks great on the SD Card, then awful once it goes into Premiere. Funniest thing - I always used FCPX, but they don't have collaborative team sharing. So I want another guy to edit and save, then I open it on mine computer and add the finishing touches - the compliance thing and Ken's number, etc. Premiere offers that --- but the 10 jillion other things it does messes up our footage now. We will figure it all out.

Very Nice house and Awesome barn! But has down sides to it as well.
This home is not a well suited property to be in a neighborhood setting. Also, Really Dont like the idea of an HOA whatsoever especially not on a farm Ag property. Too much of a neighborhood feel for a horse farm. But this home will be perfect for someone. Homesteading has become really popular nowadays with all craziness going on in the world but those families are looking to get out of the suburbs and to be in the country further away from other people. I'm sure this property will be perfect fit for somebody other than me. Lol

So it's 4 lots. Looks like three are fenced. Is it wood fencing or that never-needs-replacing kind? I was hoping to see the shop building. Did not see a price of HOA price. I don't like HOAs. Horses need trees and/or a lean to place for shade/shelter in the rain or wind. I know a guy in Texas has 10 acres for his two horses, dug a pond for Rain Water so the horses can go swimming to cool off. No barn. Don't they have trees in Kentucky? I would want to have chickens and maybe small goats for milk. (Butter, cheese, yogurt). Got horses need a horse trailer.
