Yes, there is a possibility for a pool, subject to planning.

For a house that was updated in the 1970s, it doesn't look dated at all, it still looks very modern. Not sure I would even change anything. Very beautiful.
I agree. This house needs very little updating. There is something charming about the kitchen. Just needs a larger refrigerator and a nice big stove. The downstairs bathroom and powder room could stand to be upgraded I think, but I love the feel of the upstairs bathroom.
What is the mode of transportation? Motorcycle? A car would be helpful, but those roads look narrow.
There was a truck in the back ground at the 2:34 mark
Me too! Love it.
That's because the trends have shifted so that old unrenovated homes are more appealing.
5 hectares, 4 bedrooms, and a fireplace in almost every room for less than €300,000?
👏👏👏
There's no water!!!! Only a stream for all your needs.
this is a timeless house, stone and wood is never outdated. pretty much perfection for many of us watching
New kitchen, new bathrooms and the pool. That’s about it. I love this house. Such a peaceful position with amazing views. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼
I love this house, it’s not so rustic, Nick. Kitchen looks beautiful and spotless, love the unusual tiles, wonderful wooden doors, beautiful stone walls, those arches!!! The price is great and I hope the right family shows up. You never disappoint. ❤
❤️❤️❤️ Thank you. I missed this one. Sorry. 🙏🤩 Nick
Love the style of this home, with the large sloped tile roofline and all of the beautiful arched doorways! It has a Italian/Californian vineyard/ranch atmosphere and with all of that land would likely make a terrific vineyard. Considering that it was renovated in the 70's it actually has a timeless feel. Really nice! So glad you the realtor reached out to you for a tour 🙂
Me too. ❤️🙏 He’s a nice guy. Sorry for the delay. Have a great weekend. Nick.
Absolutly wonderful ! Just perfect delivered, no clutter , no modern ”necesseties” that noone needs, perfect!
And do not even think or talk about painting roof white, this house is perfect as is!
I really enjoyed this beautiful home. Nick, I love you but please stop
"apologizing" for the 1970's. I live in a mid century modern home in Florida. It is the hottest thing on the market in the States. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I appreciate the timelessness of this house and style. I like the love the continuity of the light fixtures! The open flow between the rooms. I wouldnt change a thing! Except it is in the middle of nowhere and who will cut the lawn, 5 hectares, and other practical things. Please keep doing what you are doing.❤️
I’m not apologising, I collect 60’s & 70’s furniture. ❤️😊🙏 Nick.
This is a very livable home, and much larger than it appears in the first shots! The beams are wonderful, look hand hewn, just the way you’d want in a rustic stone home, hundreds of years old🥰. Five hectares / 12 + acres and ancient home for €200k. Amazing value.
Wonderful tour, Nick, loved it❤
290k Euro
@@ShineNoelA thx for correction, commented hours after watching🤷♀️
@@jleetxgirl I like that dated look but it does need an overhaul to future-proof it, plumbing, central heating etc
Thank you very much. Sorry for late reply. ❤️🙏 N.
What a beauty! I love the tile in the upstairs bathroom. I love the fireplaces in the bedrooms. The kitchen needs updating but the rest is pretty perfect. The price is crazy for the land and size of home. Wow!!! Thank you for your time and as always I enjoyed the visit. xoxo❤🙏
Gorgeous property and location. A large slice of Italian heaven. Love it the way it is. 😇🙏
The kitchen is gorgeous. I love the house the way it is.
Me too. This is perfect
Love the semi circular doors, I'd feel like Bilbo Baggins living there... Just love the old Italian farmhouses.
What a beauty, with lots of raw potential and in a gorgeous setting! And, I love all the fireplaces. 😊
Oh my goodness! Aside from plumbing/heating, this place needs No update from the 70’s! Those round doors, those fireplaces- are phenomenal! Such a gem to see, thank you!
Pleasure ❤️🙏🤗
Love the kiva fireplaces. The upstairs tiles are beautiful. I love this house and isolated location. Great potential. Very doable
Look to New Mexico - kiva or beehive fireplace. Beautiful home.
Love this place! The symmetry of the added on space with the arched doorways, yes. All the other arched doorways and doors, yes! The intricate bathroom tiles, YES! Even the kitchen is workable for a humble person not trying to get their space shown in Architectural Digest. The fireplaces. The repetition of the similar fireplaces and hearths, the arched doorways, even the similar Japanese lantern lightshades makes the place flow. Dare I say fabulous?
Yes, absolutely fabulous! 😊❤️🙏 N.
Not sure what you're on about here, Nick. This house is just about perfect as is! Hopefully the foundation issue is not a major one, and the heating can be resolved pretty easily. Other than that, it's an amazing country house which, once again, was sold on the opening shot of the video! The kitchen might benefit from a new oven, and some extra counter space (an island, maybe, with storage underneath), but nothing more. A good price, too, for all that house, AND land. Imagine waking up to that view every day.
Thanks,
Neil
Thanks Neil.
Your camera work is the best I have ever seen! Enjoyable to watch. Thanks.👍🍺🍺
Wow, thank you. ❤️🙏😊 Best wishes, Nick.
Nice property, I don't think I would change much of anything..and such a beautiful spot.. Thanks for the tour Nick.
I love this one, I wouldn't change a thing :)
Me neither, except a new kitchen
I even liked the bathroom upstairs!
@@matzzzz I love the kitchen as it is, and the tiles in the bathroom are beautiful; definitely a 70s vibe about the place - I'm a 70s lass :) I would move in tomorrow.
OMG Nick this has to be the first time i don't have a smart remark to make i'm at a loss
Oh no! ❤️❤️❤️😊🙏 N.
I would move there in a heart beat.
What a lovely feel to this house. The amount of work to be done is essential, but not overwhelming. The winter months would be interesting and the cottage Road to the main road hopefully is not too far from the house and again I would not change very much with this house.
Totally love rustic feel of this home 😍 thank you for sharing this amazing property Nick 🙏♥️
Lovely rustic features. Beautiful floors. A truly fantastic property....amazing price.
Omg, I had it priced alot higher! What a great deal, Thanks Nick!
Stunning!
Thank you Nick. The heat is on for sure! This property should be a no brainer at that price. Nothing more to say. You fail to disappoint as usual. Stay cool. I think relief is coming next week. Anyone that passes on this gem doesn’t have salt in their pumpkin.
What lovely house under the Toscan sun
I love when you do the less expensive homes! This one is fantastic!
Tomorrow’s property is fantastic. So sorry for my delay. ❤️🙏 Nick.
Sorry folks it was already sold out to me, thanks Nick your the MAN! My retreat just need a pool and a well.. On it. ;)
Congratulations. It’s a great house. 🙏😊
Wow Very beautiful house and beautiful place
I'm in love with this house. Stunning house in a stunning setting
Really good buy. Sold in a week. 🤗🙏❤️
@italianproperty I'm not surprised, it's beautiful. By the way I love your videos.
Love this! On my way!
wonderful tour !!
Gorgeous property! Great price too!
Fantastic deal
I wouldn't paint or plaster the ceilings! What a beautiful home.
OMG what a gorgeous property. Few little tweaks, a couple of split systems and its perfect!
no water!!!
The new owners have put in a well. As I mentioned that area has lots of water.
What a beauty, the last post captured the feeling and beauty great location, perhaps someone has opened up their checkbook
presently, thank you Nick!
Pleasure. 🙏😊❤️ N.
"Over the hill and far away"🎶💞
Could do so much with this land and the house is great. I like all its quirks and the way you always make us feel like we are there with you. Thank you, Nick.
You’re so kind. I missed you comment, so sorry. ❤️❤️❤️ N.
Great building and I agree fabulous fire places, they remind me of the ones that are in southwest Adobe houses
Love it !!!! Kitchens and baths updated with a laundry room !!! Wish it were mine !!!
Beautiful property
It’s gorgeous!!
Beautiful homey place nothing to fix or change.
Once again, a lovely home, and you have me crying Nick! And I’m still in Florida. 😢
Stonework is amazing.
Would you “Please” translate Hectares into acres. And pounds into dollars. For your American viewers. If you can’t that’s ok, just was hoping. Love your channel! 😁
1 hectare equals 2.47 acres. 1 £ = $1.22
Stunning! TY
Xtraordinary property with limitless possibility, thank you Nick!
Pleasure. 🙏❤️
The pipes are for underfloor heating, in zones, not radiators. Big selling point.
Thank you so much for yet another video and for more food for thought...
This is gorgeous!
Still loving this place!❤
Those views. The land and to be honest the house is pretty nice. I love the country living. I was thinking low 400's so very good value in this one I think. Nice tour. Thank you Nick. I would have liked to see more of the land but I understand it's fairly warm there right now.
Wonderful property
Great price
And……. as always a nice video
Thnx for sharing!
Pleasure. ❤️🙏😊 N.
I love it. Off grid ready is one way to think about it. Live like they did.
Dear Nick, how I love the Italian landscapes, the views, those rural houses, the walls, the beams & the silence ! THANK YOU once again for this amazing "One Take" footage !!! Love it !
Thank you Marce. So sorry for my delay. Best wishes to you and have a great weekend. 🙏❤️😊 Nick.
Stunning property. It only need a renovation. The conservation is perfect. I like it. And the house and 5 has for this price!!! it is a bargain, absolutly. Thank you Nicck
😊 Nick.
Those wire & paper light shades are a design classic! Team them up with lots of books some beautiful Caucasian hand made carpets and some lovely hand thrown ceramics and comfortable sofas - what more could you want?
How does the current water supply work? Is there a water tank somewhere and a pump?
Yes, I believe there’s a holding tank. 🙏❤️😊 N.
I love love love this place!!!! Spectacular find!❤❤❤❤❤
Outstanding! Absolutely wonderful! ❤
Thankyou For Sharing This Blog A lot Of House 🏠 For The Money. 👌💕
I like it and the price is good. You could do a lot with what is already there and 5 hectares too.
Super interesting with fantastic unique features. Great price and that would allow one to do some renovations and still come out ahead! I love all the arches, the huge rooms, the fireplaces in the bedrooms or could be an office or den, the stone throughout the house, the tiles, the view, etc, etc, etc. As the King in The King and I would say! LOL!
I love a fireplace in every room!
Fabulous views, plenty of room for more olive trees, fabulous price, and great bones. Needs a sympathetic renovation of sorts subject to what use the house will be to you. Less Reno’s for a holiday home or more renovations if you wish to live there. I love it. Thanks Nick. You always hit the mark.
You’re very kind Anne. ❤️ N.
I don’t think I’d change a thing. Beautiful
Aside from the light fixtures, I would not change a thing. Beautiful home !!
I love the tile in the upstairs bath wouldn’t change it!
And those ceilings and tiled floors are beautiful!
Wish I could buy it!!!
🎉
I think I’m in love!
Challenging! Digging the well would certainly improve this place. Nice for a family eventually.
Thank you for these tours, I look forward to them each week.
Thank you for your comments. So sorry I missed this one. ❤️❤️❤️ Nick.
Great place and great price
i love this layout! the kitchen just needs some lovin' ;) and i don't think it will need much! it is a rustic beauty! and i absolutely see the entertaining space you mention and it is fantastic! this tuscan charmer is ready for some minimal updates and nothing else in my estimation. it may have been hot that day but this place is 'cool' lol :) the country side is gorgeous and the house gives you the advantage of all that lovely sunlight and beautiful scenery coming right in to make it so cheery! i love the comfort the space brings!!! what a great place to spread out in so my jaw dropped when you said the price! it is a jewel and your presentation just lets it shine! as always you know how to let italy sell itself nick :)
Just finished reading your message. I know I’m late but thank you. ❤️🙏❤️Nick.
Very interesting property and so inexpensive t❤
Love it , Ha ..a little bit of Tuscan Mid Century Modern 😅 ...Love the central fireplace, what a fantastic space for entertaining ! Bravo🎉👏🇮🇹🍷
Ok ill take it
Hello Nick, what a great house! I love it . This house just needs some love . Granted the water issue is important and I think the central heating is a good idea and would only give it more value plus you make it a cozy full time home. The wall for sure should be checked out. But if someone bought it now they could be comfortable in it until they could get those things done. Here in Maine we’ve been haveing some cooler dry air making it cozy and so ready for my favorite time of year fall. Iam done with the hot humid weather and I hope it cools a bit there for you too. Thanks again for such a lovely property tour have a beautiful blessed day!🙏🕊💕🍂🌾🍄🌻
Lois, so sorry I’ve missed your comment. I also love this time of the year. ❤️❤️❤️🙏 Nick
Hello my great friend, I am Brazilian. Never paint beams, they have to breathe or they rot much faster.
Thank you. Hi from Tuscany. 🙏❤️😊 N.
Oh my this one is a gem! The price (my jaw dropped)! What a wonderful project re-designing a kitchen. Yes it needs updating here and there but what a wonderful home. It's surrounded by beautiful trees... I love trees. Such a stunning view. Peace and quiet. Thank you Nick for another wonderful property. Hope whomever is lucky enough to buy this property has many wonderful years there.
So sorry for my delay. This property sold in a week of my video. It was a great purchase for someone. Best wishes, Nick. 🙏❤️😊
I agree with the others, no really need of big updates. I would just move in and see if all is working and all is safe, but it does looks really good. And I also like the furniture. 😆
Seriously gorgeous home. The only thing that makes me nervous is the lack of a water source besides the stream. Given the age of the property, wells must have existed in the past, or there might be an issue with the water table/water quality.
I agree, that’s why I would dig a well. Best, Nick.
First! We are your mega-fans here in Linz, Austria 😎
Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️🙏😊 Nick.
Hi Nick!!! Wow this is a steal. Come on what's the catch?? Lol. Amazing price and the house is beautiful. Yes it needs work like a new kitchen and bathrooms. And you are right I would paint the ceilings leaving the wood beans as is. I really like the ground level layout because it's spacious. I wish we could have seen the rest of the property. Is it an open space or full of trees and bushes? With that much land I would build a pool, a guest house and a big barn type structure. That way I could spend my summers eating great food and drinking wine by the pool. I would send you and your family an open invitation of course. Great video as always. Thanks
I hope this message finds you well,
Jersey Lou
No catch. 😊 Thanks Lou for your comment. ❤️🙏 N.
amazing home and land for the price . a bit too far to the sea for me , but if you like peace and tranquillity . it is perfect .
I just love this place .
A little to big for us but ...
The doors and ceilings ...
The view .
And the price !
I would keep the 70ties bathroom as it is .
Love the space in this house ! And that price woohoo! Thank you Nick a pleasure as usual😁 Vancouver Island Canada ❤🇨🇦
Thanks Cindy. ❤️🙏😊 Nick.
Oh I absolutely love this property! Such a charming and beautiful home.
It's stunning as is.
best property ever...if i had the euros...
Even though it was redone in the 70s, their choices in tiles, etc. weren't anything too garish. I don't even mind that very patterned tile in the upstairs bathroom on the walls and floor. Some of that's actually coming back a bit now. Great tour!
Thank you Deb. 😊🤗❤️🙏
Once again, another property tour par excellence. Here I am again, enjoying a guilty pleasure and hoping I will see Italy again next spring!
❤️ Thank you. N.
A gem!! Lovely from the outside. Needs some re-thinking internally & updating but for that price with those views and all that land, it’s fantastic
Just beautiful!!
Only... ??? Best of italy 🇷🇴🏴👍👍from Transilvania România Transilvania 👍🏴🇷🇴
WOW Nick ... fabulous! That's a lot of house with tons of character and functional space for that price! Love it.
Love it! Don't paint the ceilings😮. Great price. Cracks in the mortar wouldn't bother me.
You get tax breaks or money from the government every year if you make your property an eco tourism farm. I think you must have one crop you grow each year like grapes or olive trees. We stayed at a small eco tourism farm in Tuscany with a pool and olive Grove overlooking San Gimignano. That house is gorgeous. What a great price!
Love the country homes you showcase.
