Neti pots and enema kits are the best tools to have in a detox, fitness, health, and wellness kit.

@@OliviaBudgen Thank you. I dedicated my channel to enemas and yoga for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, disease, illness, sickness, pain management, and weight management since 1995 when I was a 13 year old Yogi practicing Hatha Yoga.

Haha I've just started using one of these. I add salt and 3% h202. You're right. It works really well.
Hope you've been doing good Olivia, long term watcher here, it's nice to see your face and immense positivity 🙂
PS: Slightly off topic, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on h202 therapy? Basically you add a drop of 3% into a glass of water per day and tiltrate upto 25 drops I believe per day. It's supposed to be extremely healing. I've done it but not properly yet. I do plan on doing it properly once I have the time off work 🙂

Thanks so much for being a part of my community for so long 🙏 That’s so lovely to hear.
Glad you find the neti pot works so well for you also 😍 I haven’t personally tried or heard about taking h202 internally for wellness, but interested to hear how you go if you try it!

It's definitely a diff type of treatment but it has quite a strong history of success.
(Our gut apparently produces h202 in small amounts)

I don't know if it's because I probably have a deviated septum, or am just so stuffed up, but I can't get this to work. And the steps seem so simple, which makes it frustrating. What often happens is, I end up flooding my nostril with salt water, and... usually that's it. Or sometimes it comes out my mouth and I'm coughing and sputtering water all over the place. Either way, it just feels like I'm cleaning the nostrils, but only so far, and not the sinus cavity, which is the point. At "best" (though it doesn't feel that way), I'm MAYBE rinsing from each nostril to the mouth. I just can't get it in one nostril and neatly out the other with ease like everyone else seems to demonstrate. So frustrating! Is there some simple fundamental thing I'm missing?

Hello, I have been experiencing a lot of healing these past couple of years, and I hardly experience issues with nasal congestion anymore. Perhaps you should enquire first before making assumptions.

Oh I truly dislike using these. Do not like the feel at all. I do experience heavy chronic sinus congestion. Just found your channel so I need to see more but I assume you practice raw Veganism? How long have you been practicing and if not long then I will continue on my path of practice the lifestyle also. For my reason would be to eliminate the upper body congestion my body exhibits. Otherwise if you’ve been on this lifestyle for years and still experience sinus congestion then I will not continue. Just curious. Aloha🤙🙏😎

I don’t particularly enjoy the feeling of the process either, but I like how I feel afterwards ☺️ Do you find neti pots help with your congestion?
I have been practicing raw vegan for many years, but I hardly ever experience sinus congestion anymore. Don’t just follow what one person does though. Go with what feels right for you and what works for you - experiment.
