Great video Olivia, 💐I am new to this. What type of water should I use? Filtered, Distilled? I have been wanting to try this for some time now, and I am not sure why I'm so nervous. I know I will be fine after the first few times. Blessings to you. 🙂
Hi Olivia. I want to give myself an enema with a volume of 2-2.5 liters, but I have read that if you use water equal to body temperature 34-36C, then the water begins to be absorbed, but using colder water with a temperature of 30C does not work. less than 300ml and at the same time there is a strong urge to urinate that you cannot restrain even for a couple of seconds. And when using a 1.5 liter enema with body temperature, water is poured in almost immediately, but I don’t feel any discomfort at all so that I need to stroke my stomach, and even more so the feeling of being stuck somewhere in the transverse colon, while the urge to defecate is completely absent, it scares me, many write that you need to use salt so that the water is not absorbed, but I also read another opinion that this can cause intestinal irritation.
Hello, the temperature should be at body temperature or a little warmer. I haven’t heard that that means it will automatically be absorbed by the body, although a little water always is, which is fine. I’ve never experienced needing to urgently urinate 🤔 Do you ensure you always pee before the enema? Do you sometimes put the 1.5 litres in at once? I never do that as it’s too much and will pour out, like you say. I just put in what feels comfortable and nice. I’ve never personally use salt either… I’m sure adding a touch of natural salt won’t be harmful, but I wouldn’t overdo it.
@@OliviaBudgen Lately, I have been starting to feel the urge to defecate immediately and with a small amount of water, about 150-200 ml, even if it’s impossible to keep the water at 34C, I go to the toilet and after that I pour in the water that was left in the bag, well, it turns out that 1.2-1 , 3 liters out of 1.5 liters, but I feel like I can do more. I didn’t notice that I wanted to empty my bladder to the toilet, but I didn’t hold it for a long time, maximum 1 minute, but I noticed that with such water you don’t feel anything at all, unlike 30c, there’s a maximum for me It was possible to introduce a maximum of 700-800ml and there was no question of any retention.
I don’t use coffee enemas and don’t recommend them, as explained in this video. But I’d say either is fine as long as it’s organic, if you want to try it.
It is normal, but shouldn't happen every time you do it. It could mean there is more stuff in there which needs to come out sitting in the lower colon, or that you're filling up too hard and fast and putting a lot of pressure on your colon, or it could just be your body getting used to the procedure if you're just starting out, like you say you are. How are they going now? :)

Hi 👋🏻 spring water is fine. I wouldn’t worry about the minerals unless you’re doing them every day. The water won’t cool down too fast. I personally get everything ready whilst hearing up the water very slowly. Then it’s perfect when I’m ready to go ☺️ It will cool down slightly during the enema process, but that’s okay. Hello, just some awkward advice 😅 if someone wanted to do an enema to prepare for um… an intimate act…. How much time should they take between the enema and the intimacy? Enema in the morning and intimacy same night? Or wait a day to ensure all waste and water has exited?
I would recommend getting an at home enema kit and using clean filtered water. But you can use the saline enema if you are desperate and don't have access to anything else. Just don't do it regularly.
When I do enema I get mostly liquid out. No hard stool out. But I do feel better. I do have chronic constipation and need this extra help. Not getting solid out is a bad thing? Thanks.
That can happen sometimes for a couple of reasons: the main one being you may not be holding the water in long enough, so it doesn’t have the chance to soften and move the waste matter out. When you allow the water to flow in and then close the clamp, does it feel comfortable for you to lay and hold the water in for a few minutes whilst massaging your tummy etc? Or do you feel a sudden urge to go and then only water comes out? Also, when the water comes out, is it brown or clear?
@@OliviaBudgen Hello, Today I encountered the same problem. I poured water inside (didn't set a timer), just did it for some time, massaged my abdomen, continued pouring water. Then when all the water was gone, I stood up and went to the bathroom, only water came out. Three hours passed, and besides water, no stool came out. After some time, I started to get a headache. What mistake could I have made? The only thing I noticed was that the water had cooled down. Could that have been the reason for my failure? I want to add that this was my second procedure. The first water procedure was successful. At first, only water came out, then the water was already brown, and the third time my stool completely cleared the colon.
@@kristinapustovit4793 thanks for sharing your experience. When you say that was your second procedure, how long did you wait after your first successful procedure to do the second one?
@@kristinapustovit4793 okay, it could be a few factors… yes, the water needs to be more lukewarm, if it’s cold, it can cause the muscles of the colon to tighten and doesn’t support evacuation. Or, you may just be very backed up, and you needed to do a couple more rounds to move the waste out. Have you tried it again?

@@OliviaBudgen and how tall are you darling? My lowest weight was 46kg being 167 cm when I started raw vegan diet 7 months ago but now I started to look into medical medium stuff and eating little bit potatoes, quinoa. Potatoes made my boobs grow bigger which is weird and I don't mind lol. I have always had very petite body but it's hard to keep feminine weight with raw foods. Also my body has hard time to digest bananas, frozen is little bit better.
Did my first today
How did it go? Did you do another one since?

Why....be on Meds your whole life, when you can learn how to use an enema bag, and GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEMS; YOUR GUT; and never be sick anymore.......Junk in & Junk Out!
You are so beautiful. You could become a model :)

Thanks!
When I lie on back, I cannot insert in. Sometimes I feel my hands are not long enough to reach my bum.
It might be easier to lie on your right side and insert it from there ☺️
@@OliviaBudgen I cannot lie on right because of the breast cancer.
