    So fucking true dude. This needs more views. I've BEEN trying to get my friend to track his workouts.. He wings everything and wonders why he's getting no progress. He can't even tell what progress is when he's not tracking it!!

      Yea, it can work ok for beginner beginners, but tracking is key if you want to continue to grow past a point. Progressive overload is hard. Thanks for the comment!!
