I am new to indoor cycling. I was getting flabby and lazy. all day I’m at my desk or watching tv on the couch. I decided I need to make a change and get out of my comfort zone. Been using your videos every night and this one is my favourite so far i feel so happy when I realise I’ve completed Half an hour already... the time flies when watching this scenery. It’s getting easier to ride longer each day. I want to get a proper push bike but I’m scared to ride on the roads and there’s no cycle paths round here so I’ll stick to the videos on my indoor bike thanks so much.

Great Video!!! I recently inherited a Lemond Revmaster from my late father. I was going to get a Pelaton bike but with these videos, I can't justify the expense. Thanks for posting these videos...really makes indoor cycling a much more immersive experience and makes you focus on tHE scenery rather than just peddaling the bike. I went for 23 minutes at just over 10K. I need to take brief rest periods when it goes to 0% expenditure. CHEERS FROM CANADA!!!
I can install a cadence sensor on the Lemond Revmaster but not a speed sensor as the flywheel is too thin. Would that be enough to be able to use Kinomaps and would it tell me speed I'm going on the screen?

My favorite riding video so far out of about 8 that I have tried. It's my second time doing this one. Everything Glendon Rhoades says is how I feel. Except we don't have that much ice in Kentucky.
Please do not get rid of this video. Is others have said it is the smoothest virtual ride video, I love the music I love the beat, changes in scenery. I've watched others to try and compare them and others just make me nauseous and dizzy or the music doesn't flow well. I literally watch or have this video playing every time I ride. I ride at least 3 to 4 days a week.

3rd day using this video. I love the speed in the bottom left. Helps motivate me. Everything you go up I go up. When you slow down, so do I. I hope this helps with my goals, I'm trying to loose 30/35 lbs.
This morning I sleepily put my bike on the trainer and started the ride. I was halfway through the ride when I realized I had my road bike and we hit the gravel portion. Luckily, I kept my balance and made it through. Close call! Thanks for the ride!

Wow, what a great ride! Very clear and enjoyable video - a great relief from the -31 Celcius temperature outside here in the Canadian winter. Okay, I admit that I fell off my rollers as I also turned to navigate the corner and climb at 22:46! I felt very immersed in this ride, especially as we entered the towns toward the end. I kept wanting to call "heads up!" to the people walking on the street. Thank you for a great experience!
This was unreal. I couldn't connect to my training app so found this video instead. I'm so happy I did. Having the speed helps so much. I felt like I couldn't keep up on the downhill 😂 So realistic and enjoyable. Gorgeous location, amazing video and perfect motivation to give it my all on the training ride. Loved it!!
2nd day using this video, love how motivating it is, it is super easy to stick to 30min intense bike ride. I hope to lose some body fat doing these a couple times a week

I just did this cycling workout today! I haven't done much of anything for the past 2 weeks due to being sick and this really helped me get back into it. I usually do weighted workouts and some cardio but I felt like I should change it up. I paused at 15 minutes, did some push-ups and mountain climbers then got back on for the remainder. I am now a subscriber. So excited to try out your other workouts. Thank you! Also, you have some amazing endurance 🙌, I Even said," dang dude" out loud lol

Looking for something to do on the days I don't run. This is amazing, usually 5 mins in on my indoor bike and I feel like giving up it's sooooo boring. With two kids I can't get out so I can do this in the evenings. Can't believe how many more videos you have aswell 😊😊

This morning I sleepily put my bike on the trainer and started the ride. I was halfway through the ride when I realized I had my road bike and we hit the gravel portion. Luckily, I kept my balance and made it through. Close call! Thanks for the ride!

Wow, what a great ride! Very clear and enjoyable video - a great relief from the -31 Celcius temperature outside here in the Canadian winter. Okay, I admit that I fell off my rollers as I also turned to navigate the corner and climb at 22:46! I felt very immersed in this ride, especially as we entered the towns toward the end. I kept wanting to call "heads up!" to the people walking on the street. Thank you for a great experience!

I just did this cycling workout today! I haven't done much of anything for the past 2 weeks due to being sick and this really helped me get back into it. I usually do weighted workouts and some cardio but I felt like I should change it up. I paused at 15 minutes, did some push-ups and mountain climbers then got back on for the remainder. I am now a subscriber. So excited to try out your other workouts. Thank you! Also, you have some amazing endurance 🙌, I Even said," dang dude" out loud lol

Looking for something to do on the days I don't run. This is amazing, usually 5 mins in on my indoor bike and I feel like giving up it's sooooo boring. With two kids I can't get out so I can do this in the evenings. Can't believe how many more videos you have aswell 😊😊
