Thanks for vid. I have disappearing oil in 1.4 KFV - 54kW engine and so far the guess is headgasket gone. Looking at the your vid seems that when this is done it seems also oil pump should be replaced. What are your thoughts about oil cooler - are they reliable or should be replaced as well? Everybody tells me the same - its not worth of fixing, but car/engine has only 70 000, so I think if well taken care of it will run for long as it is (I guess) mechanically very simple engine. What are your thoughts - am I wrong?

Almost none is fine.

Only do it if its necessary. Most of the time i doesn't help when you have oil pressure loss.

Is it the same process with peugeot 207cc 1.6 2007 petrol?
If the car has a KFU engine then yes. But there can be small differences with motor mounts and stuff like that.

I have low oil pressure at idle, when the engine is warm.
Is it the fault of the pump
check his other video he linked to. It's probably the oil pressure sensor

Pretty sure your oil pump has had some debris go through it, which has caused the premature failure of this pump
Hallo ik hoor dat u van nederland bent en nederlands spreekt ik wou u vragen heb een probleem met mijn auto ik hoor een schurende geluid in de buurt van de distributie riem heb alles vervangen distributie riem met spanner waterpomp multi v rien met spanrol krukaspoelie alternator maar geluid is er nog steeds het komt binnen in de krukas percies heb onlangs mijn olie vevangen en geluid is percies verminderd kan het nu zijn dat de olie pomp die lawaai maakte het is percies metaal over metaal percies lagers over elkaar kan u mijn aub helpen en kan het zijn dat de olie pomp versleten is en een schurende geluid maakt . Ben u dankbaar voor u reactie dank u .
Hallo, altijd lastig om het zo te kunnen bepalen. Als je zeker weet dat de riem nergens tegen aan schuurt. Zou het de olie pomp kunnen zijn. Maar als je de koppeling intrapt wordt het erger/minder of maakt het niet uit? Aircopomp misschien?
@@TheDutchGarage hey ik heb geen aircopomp het is een peugeot 2005 1.1 60pk en als ik de koppeling indruk en los laqt maakt get geen verschil het lawaai komt echt in de binnenkant van de krukas kan het zijn de oliepomp de lagers ofzo distributieriem schuurt ook nergens tegen aan 😉
@@TheDutchGaragegot a similar problem the grinding is in gear 1,2 &3 only. What could be the problem?
Maybe a clutch issue?
I don‘t believe that these small scratches caused a lot of pressure loss.
I would rather think it was the pressure regulator.
It just all ads up, a bit here a bit there.
