play kof XIII, it is more combo based and thus it has dash and roll (and actually that was the inspiration sakurai had for these features), you can even try Terry, street fighter is played more around strategic approach and footsies when kof is more combo based and CRAZILY hard inputs

It's not rigged because Ryu has to have his opponent right in front of him, not to high or low. It makes no sense though because Ryu has more requirements to do his better final smash, but Ken's better final smash does more damage than Ryu's and has less requirements.
