Great info thanks- The problem I have is that I don’t see the left hand tool bar correctly it’s so pale compared to the rest. There is no problem with the right hand one. How can I fix that?
You bet! It's a great platform. It's not as robust as some others like GetResponse or ActiveCampaign in terms of automation, but I love what's possible and I've got quite a few cool things coming out soon with this.

Thank you for your video . Do you know if I can create a sequence that works backwards from a Travel date? Ex. 30 days before travel date, 60 dates before? Etc....
It's great, for the right people. Mailerlite has some fairly strict approval guidelines, but for those that plan on sending valuable content to their audience, Mailerlite has some of the best deliverability in the industry!
That means you have "double opt-in" activated. You'll need to go into your account settings, then "subscribe settings" and you can find the double option there. If you're using a custom form from Mailerlite as well, you'll need to go into the form settings and turn off the double opt-in there as well.

So, after the welcome sequence, I will need everyone to join the regular newsletter... if that's the case, does it happen automatically? I mean, once it is finished with the last email, they will receive the following one as the other subs? Or should I add something to the automation workflow? Right now I have a "wait 1 day" as the last step. Would that mean that be ok? Thanks so so much!
It depends on your group structure. If you have everyone in a single group and they all go through the welcome sequence when joining, then you don't need to do anything and they'll automatically get your newsletters (as long as you are choosing that group as the recipients). If you have multiple groups, like I do, then you'd need actions to remove them from one group and add them to the newsletter group at the end of the workflow.

Are new subscribers automatically added to a group? or can they be automatically added to the group "welcome email", for example?
When a person fills out my form with their email, it's putting them into Unconfirmed and not sending the next email. How do I fix that?

You have to turn off the sequence (deactivate it) in order to edit it. Once you do that, you can add more actions and emails to the workflow.
