Great question - Yes it's possible to set up analytics to track the success using Google Analytics. What you'll have to do is set analytics to track the button click. You can also create a separate landing page to act as your confirmation page.

Yes, the 'Click Here' link would be inside of your email and Mailerlite can set that up for you. You'd just tell the software what link you want to use and people who read your emails will be able to click the link

The page builder is going to load much faster (on average) and it's easier to run split tests. Using an individual page on your site totally works though; lots of people do it.
This didnt work for me. I have been playing about with this over a week. Ended up paying someone on fiverr who did a rubbish job and now I am trying to do it on my self why have they made this so complicated

Mailerlite has changed their page builder a little bit. You can use the 'Text Element' and then highlight, and change the text to headline.

There is no sharing of landing page designs with Mailerlite. You can create your landing pages and setup email automatons using the free plan.

You need to setup your own domain then. Facebook wants to know that you own the site the traffic is being sent to

I was all in and then I find out that Mailer lite don't allow Affiliate Marketing or MLM business.
You probably want to check out Convertkit then - they allow a little more but be sure to double check their terms
