Dear Mailerlite team, Since 2021, I have been using the MailerLite free plan. I also migrated this successfully. But today, when I tried to open MailerLite, I couldn't find my account and was shown a message to "create your first account.". I can't understand what to do. Please help me with your guide. and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Do I understand this correctly, that an automation workflow may be triggered by clicking a link but only a link in another ML campaign or ML workflow? Meaning - there is no way on a free plan to trigger automation when a person clicks any other link on store website e.g. subscribes to my newsletter directly from a specific form with a lead magnet directly on my website (but not created through a ML form)?
Where are the links you suggested? I don't see the ones you mentioned in the video description. Also, I don't think you completed the workflow. After writing course email 3, both the tick and cross branches aren't complete; I can't go live with this workflow because the error I get states the workflow is incomplete. Any help would be appreciated because I'm now stuck and can't move on
Hello @bewitchedCurios, Thank you for pointing out we are missing the links in the description, we have added them now for you to keep learning 💚 Alex left his Condition step incomplete, you can either add more newsletters to the branches or choose an action such as Add to the group. Or, if you wish to end your automation there, simply delete the last Condition step 😊
Hi there, automation are action triggered emails, for example, when you gain a new subscriber you can send an automatic welcome email, or when a subscriber purchases a product they can receive an upsell email also automatically. Campaigns are emails that you need to schedule manually to all your subscribers at once, for example, to let them know your product is on sale, or to wish them a happy holiday. Campaigns are great when the exact same email will not be relevant past a certain date.
So "click based" action and condition are not possibile? I mean I want to trigger different actions: 1) when a user click a link; 2) and also another one if the user didn't clicked after X days.
Hi Antonio, yes there are possible. The trigger "when a subscriber clicks the link will trigger automation if the link is part of your regular campaign www.mailerlite.com/help/how-to-set-up-automation-triggers#classic/clicks-a-link In case the link is in the email that is part of your automation workflow, use condition step > Delay (xdays) link clicked YES add action, link clicked NO ads a different action.
@@MailerLiteOfficial thanks but i need also sometimes need to trigger ASAP like "click here to get your bonus". Maybe I've just to use/create another workflow?

what exactly is the difference between a campaign and workflow automation? When is one suitable versus the other?
