My arms were done by the end and I certainly felt my abs. They were still sore from yesterday’s workout. I really enjoyed hearing from people who started exercising later in life. I thought I started late myself but it was about 32-33 a year out of having 3 brain surgeries. I had been overweight, had 2 emergency C-sections, and a brain tumor. I lost weight and wanted to get healthy and that has not stopped after 16 years. I love love love your workouts! Thank you so much!
Re fill-ins at the gym … my gym is a small private run gym. The guy who runs things is there everyday. He also teaches. BTW he just turned 80 in January. He will fill in for my cardio classes if I can’t make it. I’m the step fill-in. There is only other instructor who teaches step.
I continue to be amazed at how I am able to go much heavier on upper body. My husband is like, “told ya”. Thank you for teaching me what he couldn’t. 😊❤

She did not call out of work, she went to her most important job! When L.O.T.S. aired last month, I posted on FB that Connor was my age-inapporpiate TV crush. I do the bouns jump too, but I do it on both sides, to be even 🤣

What a wonderful Abs and Ab workout that left me shaking like a leaf by the end. Had to be careful not to trip since all of the weights were surrounding me. Hope Amanda’s little guy gets bounces back quickly!
Another great upper body workout! I appreciate Chris’ focus on doing the strength moves correctly, taking time to demonstrate, and even reassuring that going to a lighter weight is best to prevent injury.
Thank you for another great session. The way you teach the moves is so helpful especially as I cannot see myself in a mirror but through your instruction I can visualise the form really clearly. It is so easy to slip into bad habits without that. Im delighted to feel that I am improving a little week by week. I really appreciate these workouts.

Wow this sure was an arm adventure! I tried lifting 14 lbs on the first round of pullovers and was really surprised that I made it through the round! I am pretty sure I will be feeling this for several days to come. Thanks Chris for keeping us strong!

Love you're Arms and Abs with dumbbells this is one of my favorite workouts and is a great one to do especially at home and the exercises are great to especially the ones with the dumbbells they are really fun to do and are intense and challenging but very fun overall

Terrific little gym. Was started 45 years ago after a Boys and Girl’s gym closed. The participants kept it going.
