    Those one minute intervals are no joke! The light weights felt so heavy. Very humbling! thanks for the burn

    Loved this quick upper body session… major burn, worked my muscles to exhaustion and going to feel this one in the morning! So glad to have my weights back! Great job ladies!

    Wow, that was tough! When you said "Let's do the shoulders" I was like "What the hell have I been doing so far???" It feels like my whole upper body is on fire! I can see that my arms are getting leaner and stronger - Love it!!!

    Saw someone post this on the Facebook group page and it sounded like a challenge so I had to do it. My arms were feeling it in the best way! Renata killed it with those 8 lbs!

    This was crazy!! Renata is a beast with those 8lb weights!! Wow!! My arms were on fire but in a 'good' way 🤣. This is a good one to save to shape up those arms in a hurry....tank top season is here!! Let's me ready people!! Thanks Chris! 😄❤️

    I don’t know how I missed this one but I did and saw it today and this was a GREAT arm and back workout!! I really loved the no weight segment at the end and I’m going to challenge myself to do more of those types of standing arm moves when I need a break from my desk. Thanks, Chris and Renata!! I am so impressed that she never dropped weight, I was dying with 5 lbs on some of those 😂

    Loved it! I can't do step for some time (my foot needs to avoid impact for a few weeks), but I can do strength, arms, and low impact! Thanks for bringing such amazing workouts!

    Wow what a burn! That was so intense! Renata, you are a beast with those weights! The last segment without weights was so fun, the music had me dancing to distract me from the muscle burn! Thanks Chris and Renata!

    I need the sound of a class and the energy. OMG, who came up with holding the kickbacks for a 4 count before returning to the start. 20's for that one and I can't change mid minute!! Did some bench press reps before the stretching...wow, I've lost some muscle for being off for so long. l will try to get to more classes. Miss the fun even if not live.

    That really highlighted what muscle groups I need to work on. I was able to use 8s and 10s for the biceps and shoulders but had to drop down to 5s for all the tricep moves. Interesting! I wanted to ask what brought Renata to Colorado. CO to PA is not a short trip!!!
