    I had a small panic attack when I was not allowed to chat at the beginning of the first workout!!! Don’t really know what I did or push but I finally got it! Very challenging workout just like I like them! Thank you Vanessa and Chris!!! ❤❤

    This was definitely an arm burner, trying to incorporate my 15’s without hurting myself. Mostly used my 12’s, and had to go to 7’s for the seated move. Thank you Chris and Vanessa. Will do the ab workout tomorrow along with a stretch video. ❤❤❤❤😊

    Great workout! I thought ‘35 minutes shouldn’t be too tough’ - when will I ever learn? They’re all tough - as they should be! I love when Vanessa is on. Whenever she says something is tough or ‘killer’ it’s always exactly what I was thinking as well. I must be of the same ‘ fitness caliber’ as she is. 😅 Great class ladies!

    This workout is tough, but I will thank Chris later! As well as now, thank you Chris, Vanessa, and Kevin.
    When Vanessa was commenting on the bushes’ Thanksgiving decorations and said she wanted to put turkey feathers on the top, make it fancy, the song that came to my mind, “Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl, with yellow feathers in her hair and a dress cut down to there…”😅😅😅

    Hi, Chris! I tried to leave a comment on your latest advanced step with Guy but it wouldn’t let me. It was on live chat replay. I just wanted to say that was an AMAZING step workout! Guy is great, loved his instruction. Though, not as broken down as yours, I was still able to catch on after rewinding it a few times. Also, the choreography was 🔥❤

    You cannot talk about decorating Vanessa's bush with feathers and expect me not to drop my weights. You're killing me with the saving bugs though. Save pigs, chickens, turkeys and cows too! Animal agriculture is the fastest growing cause of climate change and the number one cause of deforestation and wild species extinctions! Back to the workout: Very good, I liked the new "pattern" (A B A C A D A E)
