I admire Dr. J. A lot. He is highly skilled in diplomacy but he is not a politician. Dr. J can work BEST as continued EAM of India and not as PM. Not matter how highly skilled a person is at building an aircraft he cannot be put in an operating room. I understand your sentiments but they are misplaced.

I do agree that Americans might not have colonized the world and are very different from historical Britain but I draw my perception from the fact that they do follow the similar principality of always trying to have a hold over the world in some or the other way, their intention is to make America great at the expense of rest of the world, that's what makes them similar to British imperialism.

Book : The India Way - Strategies for an Uncertain World.
    Author : S Jai Shankar.
This book is written by S Jai Shankar himself. Reading this you will get some idea/hint about what does Jaishankar really thinks. Its a good book.

Financial wealth of England (by loot) was moved to America is what he means. America, Canada, Australia (and some other country I forgot) was built from the money looted from India, you should do some resarch on it. You need to study atleast 200+ years of wealth movement and many Geopolitical events, who financed Native genocides in all these countries and much more events. Then you will understand how they are all interconnected.

So the point he's making about U.S being the new headquarters of the Anglo-Saxon empire is actually evidently true and the reason you seem to not agree with that is because he just stating this and you don't really have the actual context of what he is saying because he has explained that in previous videos so he might be trying not to make this one lengthy but here's the context, so after the British Empire was heading towards a decline they started shifting their money and wealth [mostly weath acquired from India (now the Indian subcontinent )] westwords towards the fairly new independent country of America because of several reasons, one of them being the fear of invasion of Britain itself by other European and non European poweres and alliances, and america was fairly safe because of it's geographical reasons (as it was fairly hard to invade into usa especially for European powers) so all the money and wealth in the form of investments and other factors was poured into America, you can check on the data yourself, that's how you can see the naval strength of America was getting stronger and U.K's naval fleet was in decline in the same time period a lot of tech of that time was being transferred to usa.

Most of the occassion modi ji wear Kurta pajama ,uts traditional indian ethenic cloths which most of the indians wear in some family functions or in festival but with different different colours and dedign and embroideries except white
White color indicates the feeling of devotion and this was wore by our many freedom fighters when they were fighting for independence.
So white kurta pajama along with blazer depict the feeling of devotion , simplicity abd a leader .

West’s support to TPLF in Ethiopia
Links with Boko Haram in Nigeria
Support to M23 rebels in Central Africa
The West uses UN peacekeeping forces to meddle into the affairs of different African and middle-east nations
It uses its economic might in the name of sanctions such as those imposed on Zimbabwe in the name of protecting ‘Democracy’.
    Multilateral Forums:
America also uses its different multilateral organizations to control the narrative and resultantly influencing major critical decisions around the world.
    Indirectly Punishing Organisations:
United States also controls punishing organizations such as the terror-financing watchdog FATF. It is used against countries which deny US’ influence and decisions.
It has deployed its beautifully devised puppets known as institutions regarding economic affairs of the world, the prominent ones being World Bank and IMF. These two institutions come in handy when the US wants to launch an economic offensive on a rival or when America wants to control a small country through loans or other types of preconditioned aid.
These are some of the prominent instances where the USA has first created a problem and then intervened to stabilize the areas. These rebels are either created by the West or are sustained by it for accomplishing goals which the USA cannot officially complete. This proves to be a major strategy of the US to meddle and intervene in some areas where it was previously not able to.
For instance, the UN Peacekeeping mission named MONUSCO is present in the Central African Republic [CAR] but instead of peace it contributes to the anarchy of the country.
The FATF is also currently hounding the DRC which is a major cobalt producer and is infested with the West backed M23 rebels. These rebels facilitate smuggling of cobalt and other minerals present in DRC to the neighboring Rwand

The Apparel our Honorable Prime Minister is wearing is kind of traditional formal attire an Indian delegate would wear which is both practical to wear daily and represents India as there are many many traditional dresses, its similar to the Double button two piece style suit would act as a formal wear for other countries.

15:04 PM Modi is wearing a kurta. It is by no means a dress. In western terms you MIGHT call it a tunic. He chooses to honour Indian traditional clothing and the Indian weaving industry “Khadi”. He is proud of who he is and where he comes from and doesn’t feel the need to wear a western suit or speak the western language to communicate.

I agree! It's not the continuation from London to Washington both were quite different in themselves in the past. But it's about the centre of influence towards the world being shifted from Uk to American land. But what to say, as both of them have bloods spilled in their hands. On just that single point we don't like the west to be the teacher or preacher of the human rights as they were the ones who have done this to us in the past, and also they were the ones who turned a blind eye whenever they saw that it's rather in the interest of their nation's wealth, relationships and influence. So on those points wo are not comfortable to be told explicitly from THEM. And we ain't doing anything wrong!
(P.S. It's just, we don't like them to preach us, but on the same hand, wo do not hate them either, especially the people there. And there's always an opportunity for a NEW START but the trust is still a bit weak and will take some time) 😊

Why India sees US as continuation of British Empire - The foundation of US and other ang!0 states(5 eyes) was wealth plundered from India and 'new world'. These were same the aristocratic families, and they still have ties(blood relation and secret socities) to eu, uk in particular because France lost in competetion which in turn caused US revolution which in turn caused French revolution. Us and Uk empiresare indeed also different because the former is truimph of capitalist social order over feudal, but still, the base still remains the wealth plundered.
The significance of PM Modi's dress - he dressed in suit before 2019(second term). In the second round, dec0l0nisation is one of his main focus, so traditional dress is owning cultural identity and rejecting western imposed culture of 'suits' but not completely because it still resmebles suit somewhat. Search 'dhoti', the hardcore traditional wear for males, and "saree'' for females.

@oogyyylovescockroaches001 but i and everyone in my family wears kurta pyjama almost everyday.... for me its not a big deal... indeed he(the pm) is representing india and its so good to see the pm of our country taking pride in our culture by not wearing "western clothes".
My point was that why to make it something special to wear our traditional clother... it should be normalised... sometimes people do judge me and ask why you always wear kurta and that really is painful to get special attention just because you wear kurta regularly in a city.... people often assume that there must be some pooja at my home so the clothes are justified🤣
I think a major part of our society should wear traditional clothes so that our clothes become our identity. That's it.

Hi Zuzana, if one reads about the history of the world over the past 5 millennia, India was the most dominant world power for the longest time. Unfortunately, Ivy league historians like to begin narration of world history with reference to the birth of Christ or post "European enlightenment" with a token mention of prior happenings mostly based biblical references. That topic is for another day. As of now, India doesn't aspire to be a world power by any standards. Presently, India wants to build its military for its own defense, alleviate poverty and provide a reasonable standard of living for its populace. It is for this purpose ONLY that India is building multilateral relations with countries and geographical regions. "A little give and a little take and everybody will be happy" is India's mantra. Most geopolitical commentators miss this fact about India. I would have thought Abijith might have mentioned this in his monologue. Maybe he will touch on it another time. Peace.

Dear Zuzana can you please name a country who made an agreement with a country whose military provided safe shelters to a terrorists Osama bin Laden who was mastermind of 9/11 Terrorist attack due to which more than 3000 innocent civilians lost their lives ?
Answer is its none other than USA who signed an agreement with pakistan whose military provided safe shelter to Laden in Aibtabad very very near to their military headquarters .
USA carried out commando operation and killed Laden in pakistan .
Moral USA can do anything or can go beyond any limit to serve its intrests .
Another classical example is,due to pressure by their weapons industry on govt USA coulnt yet passed an bill to stop selling military weapons to their citizens or imposed any age limit .
We hared so nany incidents where innocent students fired on each other in schools and in colleges or at public places by these sophisticated weapons .
USA used this terrorist country i.e. pakistan to pressurise india by providing them weapons and advanced military equipment and fund various NGO's which tries to creates obstacles in different diffeent devlopement projects so that india would always engaged in internal matters and neighbours and couldnt focused on west .
If Europe thinks that USA is its ally then its a day dream .
USA always and will always work for only its intrests .

Now du to the "mutual interest " the best way to understand is through the migrants , instead of their media . For Indias perspective ,we had our own great empires ,we had our own " wealthy" and comfort zone times ,untill it was take away by invaders and colonial powers. Now India wants to simply be equals .Let's see how the world plays out .
