  • This project aimed to develop customized management training for leaders in Behavioral Health and Human Services organizations to reduce burnout and staff turnover. An outline combining clinical approaches with Complexity Leadership Theory was created, establishing core competencies and learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy.
    The training consists of two 1-hour sessions exploring how complexity leadership principles used in therapy can be applied to team management. Sessions include instructor-led discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to ensure comprehensive learning.
