My car is an 08 g35 sedan with the HR mine has around 205k miles how long do u think these VQ's can last?

06 coupe here also automatic unfortunately since it was my first car (but still should have gotten the manual dammit) you’re right about interior wear, but I’m at 230k miles and only mod was short ram intake and this thing seems pretty fkn bulletproof. Maybe I’m just lucky and got a good one out the factory

I LOVE my 2006 coupe, everything u name I Got Fixed 🙄 lol
It’s paid for. . I have 113k on mine & Still runs. It’s garage kept. Just can’t drive it n the winter. Lol
I am gettin a ALL WHEEL DRIVE SOMETHING LOL

I just bought a 2006. Automatic. And I pretty much keep it on automatic but when I'm on the highway going around 80, the RPMs are about 3,000 shouldn't it be kicking into 5th? Or that's how it's supposed to be

mines a 6 speed manual and when im in 6th gear going 80 it sits right on 3k

It already kicked into 5th at 80mph probably at 4k rpm, to get good gas mileage you really gotta just cruise at 65. Even at 70 you’ll lose a decent bit of mpg, if it was 6speed manual you’d be able to have lower rpm at those higher speeds

One thing I _LOVE_ about G35 is it’s strength. 1100hp stock trans, stock driveshaft, stock diff, stock vlsd, stock axles.
