@@eleanormassaro5195 it also felt a bit creepy viewing her home…like an invasion of her privacy. I would have preferred that her family had removed her personal items first. You could see that she had put plans in place for the garden…and the upgrades to the home took much planning..it’s a stark reminder that none of us know when our time here is over.

I didn’t find the viewing creepy at all, mostly because the family had specifically REQUESTED that the home be shown “as is,” and as quickly as possible. Keeping that in mind, it didn’t feel like such an invasion of privacy. Regardless, the loss of this dear soul is a tragedy, as she was working SO hard to make the home just perfect for her husband and herself. I just hope she was happy in the short time she was at ITH, and I hope her family will take comfort in the happy memories of these dear people who wanted to make their little home the perfect little paradise for themselves. Rest in peace, dear lady, and I wish the very best for your family. God bless.💔💔💔

First of all, my very deepest condolences to her family. Losing a loved one is very painful. This is a lovely home...and the lot it is on is absolutely perfect. This home is a gem. If I could, this would be the one. Thank you for the tour.
I'm sure she was enjoying her home, she took so good care of it. So sorry that they didn't have longer time in it. So sorry for the family.
Myself & Clover had the pleasure of meeting this lovely couple while I was visiting in Sept. They invited me into there home. 😢 My condolences go out to her husband (I will keep their names private) & their families. 😢❤❤🤗🤗 RIP. Thank you for your kindness.
She kept such a lovely home! Can you imagine what her home looked like before she got ill! I am happy the couple got to see their dream come true of living tiny even if it was for only a few months! Now it goes to the next lucky person. Great price for what you are getting!

I loved my equator washer dryer combo! It’s from Italy so it’s Italian brand and it’s been around since late 80s early 90s
Do you remember how long a wash/dry cycle took? Were clothes fully dry, did you have it vented and was it a 15 or 18 lb? Wayfair has them. Thank you so much.

May she rest in peace. So very sad. On a lighter note, you did a great job with this video. Also, it's amazing that The Lovely LuAnne is smaller than this home but is more spacious at 10x28 whereas this home is 10x36! LuAnne designing her own floorplan and designing the front door on the long side, kitchen immediately on the end and loft stairs in the very back all make LuAnne's layout much more spacious. This home will still easily sell in my personal opinion. It's just a shame that Randy and Amanda aren't pushing the LuAnne more aggressively because it would definitely sell nationwide as long as it is basically very similar to hers.
Luanne's doesn't have a large bedroom downstairs, only the loft.
@@timeforchange3786 True. It's still more spacious than this home. ITH should offer the LuAnne with a main floor bedroom. Even just 5 or 6 feet would be a smart addition for a room with a smaller bed.

The equator, washer dryer combo dries with steam. So the clothes come out feeling a little damp you just hang them up and they will dry

Beautiful home indeed. For underneath the porch, Ibwould install lattace boards to be used as storage. Like lawn furniture, and other outdoor things.

My husband and I are interested and ready to downsize since my husband retired last year. My husband is a professional carpenter retired from military base as a civilian. May she rest in peace ! It’s a lovely home. I would really like it on my property. But sadly I’m selling my property in Tennessee. My baby girl is becoming a doctor. And she’s going to work in Florida. So I’m moving so I will be close to her. My health is compromised too. So it’s the best thing for my husband and me. So we are selling our land in Tennessee. It has a shed cabin and 2 barns, just under 12 acres. It could be such a wonderful home for someone. I pray I find something similar in Florida. I only want 2-3 acres. And a home like this one would be perfect. I pray someone send the right buyer for my land in Tennessee. And I pray this home is a real blessing to the new owner. LA

Yes it has sold.
It looks as though she tried to make the house presentable but lots of clutter. It would show better if things were put away. Stairs can be drawers which would give additional storage. Less things on the counter top makes things look cleaner. When lots are out in the open it shows lack of storage. Things on the frig looks messy

Teresa…where do you get insurance for a tiny home? I called State Farm there in Newport & lady said they don’t do tiny homes

I used Foremost Ins when I bought mine in 2007. I've never ever had any increase in premiums all these years.
