Kaire is so creative! I love what she's done with her home and yard! I'm a neighbor, part-time last year, and she was so nice and gave me a tour of the inside to help with ideas on my 12x20. I'm, finally here full time and I'm sorry to see her go, but I certainly understand. That's a good price, considering all the work she's put into it, and the little extras she's done. Plus you are not going to find anywhere the lot rent is $200 per month. You are totally right about the communities here. If you prefer to keep to yourself, we respect that. If you like to meet people and talk, we can do that too. We do cookouts, trips to restaurants. We look out for each other, and help each other. I'm here full time now, and one of the neighbors let me know if I needed help with anything, just ask, including use of her truck. That sense of community I've never had in the last 14 years, living in apartments and condos. It's one of the things I love about being here. Thanks for the tour of her home and the interview!

What’s the community like, in terms of population (how many people), diversity (age, race, gender), amenities, etc.? Is there a grocery nearby? Is there any extra parking for visitors? Any restrictions for pets? Any restrictions for vacation rental (e.g., Airbnb)?

I love the song birds singing in the background, the hummers and butterflies visiting. Wonderful. There's still room above the W/D combo to add more storage, or a closet. Loads of storage above the bed, in the loft, and could use deep storage drawers below the bed for clothes, instead of a dresser. Lovely home ❤️

I am sorry this lady is moving, but she iso ed and I know her neighbors will miss her. She is very talented and her tiny home is evident of that. Truly a beautiful home! Her personality shows in her creativity! Great price! I wish her the best. I will be coming to Buffalo Creek soon, and can't wait to be a part of this ITH community! It's a world in it's own. A lot of people don't understand this way of living. To each their own. Sad some have had to move due to unforseen circumstances. Everyone I have visited in the community, love it!!!!

From the start of this video, I was in awe. 😍The sweet, welcoming porch, the flowers, the stencil on the wall and floors! Its all amazing! I love the inside--the wall treatments and teal color! To me, its very calming. Carrie is so extremely talented! It is sad that mobility issues are causing her to move.She is very generous with what stays in the home. Carrie's home is wonderful!! It won't last very long on the market. Her art/craft storage unit is from Hobby Lobby. I have one and I love it. Best wishes for her new adventure. I too have mobility issues. She's wise to make her changes now.

Considering all the junk and trash on the ITH proprieties, you would think he'd let people put nice sheds, gardens or tables behind their houses. But you are right, he said that nothing goes back there. Stupid.
It's for emergency access back there. Fire Dept can run their hoses easily back there, which is very important. A person could use a folding chair and folding table, that they keep closed up when not in actual use, to enjoy that space behind the home.

That's a beautiful little fairy house! The walls are a little too busy for me, but the turquoise is one of my favorite colors. I love the gardens! She's done such a great job. I can see from her furnishings she doesn't have a lot of people over, so I assume people mostly visit on the porch in good weather. It's just lovely, and if I could take the cold, I would be moving in there. Wish it was further south. The price for everything that is being left is amazing! Especially with that lot rent. That should sell quickly.

One of my favorite colors is terracotta. I could work with the colors here. I would change some but not much. I also like the dark wood. Plus you are getting a lot for the price. The nice recliner and the washer/dryer, etc. You just need ur clothes and hygiene stuff. Lol. My problem is that I am not retired or work from home. I would have to find a new job. And at my age (59) is that possible? Lol.
Because lot rent is so low there, a lot of the residents work part-time. I could do just about anything part-time, and you're minutes from Newport and about 20-30 minutes from jobs in the Morristown area.

I'd have a bookcase faux fireplace with a heater, s loveseat instead of the chair and hassock, panels to hide stuff-who wants to wash all that fabric? A fold down table, and a bookcase headboard, or shelves over the bed. Curious: where does she keep her clothes?

Hi Everyone, This is a nice home and it’s nice that it is available for sale, but as a hopefully future buyer, I would hope that a home doesn’t show so much of the seller that I can’t leave my stamp on it. It’s beautiful, but it has to be your style or you will pay for designs you will be removing later. Just sharing the other side of the coin. 🍃

I know you purchase a stencil design you like, but it looks like its several different colors used.
Been looking at different options to redo mine for months that match my boho eccentric painted furniture, this is exactly what would work.

For the stencil, she used a satin paint and a gloss to get the different sheens. The rice paper she put up with I believe watered down glue.

The end of the house looks like it is buckeling or dented on the end where the tongue is. Can you tell me what is going on with that please?
These were made from recycled steel door panels. That are some imperfections in them but does not affect the function of the home.

Can the house be moved with the imperfections near the tongue?
@@beckyjordan6475 - Yes, the tongue is attached to the trailor, not to the steel panels. It was moved to it's current location, but at 12' wide, you'll need a professional wide load moving service and permits to move it down the road.
Why are the plants still in pots in the ground?
