I'll get slammed for saying this, but I think that everyone, but especially older folks, should think carefully before making a $15,000 or #30,000 key payment, as you may not be around to amortize it.
Its really not odd when seniors are deciding that they are no longer able to move around in and out of the tiny home or some of the seniors had a smaller home waiting for the mountain to be ready and waiting for a larger home to be built.

Nice layout. I really like that the washer/dryer is not in the main area, as so many are. Also, beautiful wood floors, and kitchen area. I too, would get rid of that huge fridge. I cook all my meals, but I'm pretty minimalist about it.

It is a lovely home and you did a great job showing it. I will say it doesn't matter how many coats of paint were applied to the inside - it would have looked much better if they had paid attention to lining up the shiplap or whatever it is called so that the lines of it matched. That "extra room" looks like it would be a great closet area.

This is a LOVELY tiny It's too bad they don't offer more like this fully completed. It's not just cooks that want large fridges, but those who doing all types of juicing, smoothies, complex salads etc. This should become like a 'LuAnn' where this is probably, to me, one of the best homes I've ever seen.
The LuAnne is by far my favorite floor plan, and this is the most similar with the great room layout. But I would prefer to have more wall space to place living room furniture and only one door. The large room before the actual bathroom could have many uses, but I might prefer to move the doors back and have a larger great room feel. I watched the video where the original owner explained all the things he did in the home, and it sold for $87,000 two years ago (lot included), so this is an excellent price considering how much the prices are going up. If it only came with a lot in Tiny Town I'd jump at this one.
Impeccable home. That refrigerator is so much bigger than mine which I love. I also love how the blinds have been shaped. I wonder if a jackary is running it because you say no electric but the fridge and fan are running. It's beautiful either way. Xx

I would definitely do smaller refrigerator we have a 28 inch wide one in our tiny home does well the area opposite of washer and dryer I would have full of pantry supplies I’d have that full 🤣🤣
I would put my clothes in the bathroom, closet on the left a dresser under the window and then another closet on the right, this is enough space for a couple and some doggies to live in. If I had the money now I'd buy it!!
I think this home is perfect for the price and where they have the little open space for abed could have a trundle bed it could be used for living room and double as a bedroom as well and they could mount a television onthe wall so all the kitchen could be used for a kitchen then you could put an armoire and a table and chairs how cool as that would be and the loft could be a second bedroom and the smaller loft storage space the people who designed that house with all those large appliances were smart especially because the washer and dryer so large enough to do all your bedding and towels and linens and the sink and toilet are perfect because you can put a cabinet underneath the sink and there was plenty of wall space to add you’re own cabinet or shelves ❤❤who ever is lucky 🍀 enough to buy this house is blessed by god it has all the right amenities and great living space because of the design this was really a awesome 👏 thank you 🙏 so much for sharing this amazing opportunity with us ❤🙏❤️👍😇👏👼✡️✝️🥰🇺🇸🇮🇱😀🧙♀️🧚🏻♂️🎃🍾🎉

With the kitchen in front and bath in back it opens up the house., The kitchen could even be on the side near the door like the beast which is also a good design to make room for the bay window I love.. Randy's designs are evolving in a nice way.
Just a thought, not a complaint. Maybe measuring the storage loft and sleeping loft before hand, even the size of the fridge so viewers don’t have to ask. Good work 👍🏻

This is the best model Randy ever created. The kitchen in the front with WINDOWS! Wow! This is the perfect model. Personally, I'd need only one door and a bit smaller fridge. And the Luanne model has the stairs on the back of the house, with a small closet at the base. That was the perfect model. I wonder why Randy doesn't make more of them? The front kitchen/stairs in the back design was the single best design on the internet! I wonder what it would cost?
I agree that this is a beautiful home. I would not need the 2nd door and could go with alittle bit smaller of a refrigerator, the profile of refrigerator is too overwhelming for the space, but still nice. Love the full size range. I know people’s live change but there is another channel showing homes are that for sale as well. I think this is a wonderful Community and this home will make someone very Happy. I think the price is good. ❤❤
You have a beautiful home but right now it misses the lived in feel. You should do another video when you live in it. I suggest improving the video editing , the echo is not pleasant, the camera moves too much, and some background music could be added. Good luck to you.

I would install safety rail on both lofts fir safety reasons. Also, I would install curtains by the loft for privacy. 😊

It's a Kohler high boy toilet that is handicap equiped. Expensive, and powerful toilet.

Randy needs to make lofts so that a person can stand up especially older folks.
There is height regulations for taking them on road. He has made a couple taller that have to stay there on sight tho.

With Al, from ITH, the quote was $1K. But, I got James Stevens, to move it for less. Since he is so handy, he is going to do improvements for me.
The bathroom should have been two rooms. Most people do not want their office or bedroom in the bathroom.
