I just happened to get it on my first try years ago. Didnt even realize until i got an explosive flamer as an end game player and needed fuel. Its great to be able to craft it.
It’s not the rarest people will buy it because it’s annoying to get anyone can get it. It’s just wether they wanna spend the time, most don’t want too so they’ll trade for it. It’s worth 40k max 20% chance drop rate in the first 30 mins of the game is easy to get. I alone have gotten over 15 of them

@@fangsvengeful4465 yea i read about it already but still thx for mentioning it. I think you need 2-3 acid/ putrified water/ cotton and bone to get 3 oil/ 1 steel out from it For me no problem i got 10k acid but my oil went dowm to only 2-3k oil what is gone soon if i dont come up with a plan.
@@vargrath3238 honestly best oil farms are either pick it up as you go Or farm Grafton monsters for oil and xp Especially since most players dont even pickup gas or oil canisters anymore For me, acid is too important since i make ammo for me and my nephew since he eats .45 ammo in a few minutes And i dont enjoy farming crickets for the acid
I've got five characters; heavy, vats, and melee, and two mules. I'm not doing any more characters, but for my mules I was on the look out for this plan! I did not get it..
If I learned this on that new character would I then know it on my actual character? Or would I need to transfer it to that existing character? If so how would I do that?
you would need to transfer the plan from your noob character to your main try and get a trustworthy person to hold it for you while you switch characters

Because I still haven’t gotten it on my pc yet I did all the others ones on my Xbox I believe off memory it turns 8 bones into 2 oil u need steel acid and purified water also. But oil will never be a problem

Yeah it’s called vegetable starch you can craft it in this game too you don’t even need a plan I don’t think. I’ve never had to search for that plan but always have been able to craft it in the cooking station
Can you get both the radical mask and the recipe in the same run? Edit: Just tried it myself and all I did was kill Roper after he gave me the mask then immediately went to anchor farm before talking to duchess and got rewards from Daniel. Didn't get the plan but I can only assume it's possible
@@sgtmuffinbadger6147 there is a bone farm method you can do which give you 300 bones then you reset it and stack up on hundreds of bones then you turn those into hundreds of oil in less than 30 mins

The value here is the plan itself. Cutting fluid is the rarest plan in the game, you can trade it for literally anything.

On Xbox I got it on 100% project paradise when everyone worked together on getting rare plans. That's how I got the plan for cutting fluid.
