    This video is a life saver. I've been having EXUP valve problems with my 2007 Daytona for YEARS. It's amazing how much different the bike sounds when the valve is halfway closed - - or even COMPLETELY closed, while on the throttle and rolling. 😬 I want to permanently change that, and this video will help. I see you recently posted new videos as well... I smiled when I hit that subscribe button just now. 😁 You the man!
    *EDIT*... only serious issue is finding the Servo Buddy online. I'm surprised you haven't posted a link to one in the description or comments for some possible kick back/extra cash!

      My bad man! I'm sure a link would have been helpful. I got it from Revzilla

      @@AngryD It's all good! I just bought mine from Sportbiketrackgear. They claim it's for the 06-12 Daytona 675, but the styling is a bit different from the one you bought. Same brand though!
      I can't wait for it to arrive... the sound from the Daytona 675 is absolutely incredible, but it's horrible when the valve is halfway open or closed completely. I'm not sure if I've ever heard my bike with the valve staying open. lol

    Thanks for a very good video. How does the bike run after doing this?
    I need to decide if I fix a broken cable or go this route.

      I noticed that i lost a little bit of mid range power. You should get the bike tuned after you do this. It wont hurt the bike but you do lose a little bit of power.

    • @Repend
      @Repend ปีที่แล้ว

      @AngryD Thanks for prompt response. Did you tune it directly? I have a map for my arrow end pipe since I bought it but don't have anyone who can tune it if I do remove it.

    • @AngryD

      If you can fix it, I would. But its not that bad if you don't tune it. You just have to push it a bit harder to go fast.

      @AngryD Removed it and took it to the track, could not really notice anything negative. It sounds a bit more at low revs but does not miss any power. Will install a plug to get rid of the engine light within short. Thanks again for your film 👍

    Why did you put the servo motor back on? Why can’t you just remove it completely?

    • @AngryD
      @AngryD  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm using it to hold the valve open. Yes, you can remove it completely if you want.

      That's a good idea! I have one on the FZ-07 but never even thought about putting one on the Daytona.

      Is the valve always open if you just unplug the Motor ?
