Keep the Nice and clean work. I've watched all ur rebuilds and the most important after these kinds of rebuilds is to check the Active Safety of every bike check and repair a (bent frame). This 675 made a horrible crash. In none of your videos said if the parallel of wheels and many other factory parameters of chassis are correct. Remember that's the most important for the new owners or your SAFETY when riding after those type of repairs in every bike coming from a big crash and if its ok 100%. Im not write all these to criticize bad your/our job cause u work great. Keep Walking. Your videos are great. Best regards from Greece Man.
Lmao, I was shocked that u didn't know Remus. Then I realized that this might be because it's a European brand lmao. They also mostly just do car exhausts.
I have been watching your videos and they are the best of BIKE REBUILD! All the others make videos to long and i lose interest, and some times they film it with bad angle! keep up the good work dude! (sorry my inglish i am portuguese)
Its my dream bike, and you made it live once again. I have been dreaming about this bike since i came to know about bikes. And you have made my dream come true. Thank you so much bro. I wish i could have a Daytona someday, unfortunately it is discontinued in India. I am already so sad for that but you have ignited my dreams once again. Thank you so much bro.
Remus are awesome for unlocking that triumph triple sound 😜 I had one on my Daytona 995i amazing sound proper deep burble. Remus do both car and bike exhausts 👍
I hoped to see a channel like this ! Bike rebuilds, love it ! Keep the good content coming bro ! Remus is Geman brand, they are specilized in car exhasuts systems, but they also make bike exhausts for european brands like Triumph.
Bro i wish i can see more from what u do to rebuild the bike. More lengthy vid like that n i happy to watch every single time. Good workk n big fan of ur work
just curious to know do you ever check that the frame isnt bent as there was a lot of heavy damage on this bike and to me it looks like it shouldnt be put back on the road
WoW , I'm surprised at just how similar the designs are across different makes . I had a 2000 YZF R6 and the front stay , fairing , and headlight assemblies are almost the same . I realize there's little room for variation but I wouldn't have expected them to be that alike . The only major difference is the air intake on the Yamaha went around the stay and the Triumph goes over it .
Oohh, do the 636 next, that's like my dream bike. Not that it should matter, just thought to give some context to my choice. Love your work, keep it up!
In my opinion I think you should rebuild the R6 first. Just my two cents, either way im looking forward to another upload. Keep up the good work brother. As a fellow rider I appreciate that you give these bikes a second chance.
Great channel. Really enjoy watching. There is one question going true my head. How do you make sure that frames are ok? Especially when the forks are extremely twisted. Like at the Triumph Daytona. Cheers Oliver
Need help! Desperately!....redoing rear on 2017 Daytona 675 (previous owner wrecked it). Took subframe/battery tray etc off. It was a pain getting to some bolts inside tray towards the front. Is it better to split subframe in half and replace it half, battery tray, then other half? I had to paint battery tray and do not know how to put it all back together without jacking anything up or scratching tray. It did not seem like tray would just slide right back into subframe. Any input would be awesome. Cliff noted step by step in getting it put back together? Love your work. The color scheme on that 600 RR was awesome.
I think You should go for the Kawasaki :D Since I've started watching your videos, You got my inspiration back to when I used to buy scrappy bikes and fix them like you do, but then I got lost somewhere and stopped for 2 years ! So in couple of months im looking to buy some bike and do the same as you do !! You are the Man !! Keep up the good work Bro !! Greetings from Ireland, sorry if my English is bad but im Polish :D
The Daytona 675 and the Street triple are well known for snapped off steering stops. Had the same issue with Mine. The preowner just tipped it over on a parking lot. I wasn’t that sure about welding that close to steering head, so I decided to glue that missing part in.
You want a 675? Few things to lookout for, failing stepper motor. The servo valves always fail, just have it flashed out or remove it but expect a check engine light. My 657R was stolen and recovered totaled and insurance wouldn’t cover it because I was 24hrs past the dead line to renew my policy
Yamaha R6 or 636 whichever build wins plz XD, also great video man I love getting to watch you do stuff like this and the video's have quality, not quantity!!
@@RKMotorsports Your Very Welcome my man but kinda wondering about the bikes, do you sell them or like give the bikes you fix away? Or are they like stuff people bring you and you fix em? lol and I'm currently trying to get my first ever motorcycle but life keeps happening and takes all my savings XD 3 years in a row an yah boi just wants his current year Matt Black Yamaha R3 ABS
Bro honestly good shit. I wish you went more in depth and gave tutorials to every thing u did ( i say this because there arnt many tutorials on youtube for a daytona 675 ) , but regardless imho you showed so much more and clued us into your thought process wayyyyyyyyyy more than other channels do. In the few rebuilds ive watched i either walked away learning nothing because it was just music and short clips of them painting it or i just exit the video because they dont show how they did anything. I have a daytona 675 myself and im constantly learning things on it by attempting myself but damn itd be great to have seen this a month or two ago, or better yet see more daytona tutorials. Thankyou so much for the great job bro ireally appreciate it
Can't wait to see the finished product on the Daytona! Going to be rad! Yeah definitely voting for the R6 next although I'd definitely still watch both... Hahaha... Good work like always

Great job. Glad your channel is growing fast. I subbed when you had a few hundred, now glad to see almost 4k. Great job. Can't wait to see Triumph Daytona 675 complete. One of my favorite bike. Like how that year looks. Cheers from Canada, keep up the great content.

Remus are excellent exhausts, for bikes and cars and even used in F1! I have a stainless 4 into 1 on my FJ1200, expensive but worth every penny.😀👍

Austrian! ;-)

After a front end smash like that, that alloy frame needs a thorough check, crack detection, and a fit in a jig. Just saying. I have a 07 Daytona.
Kawasaki 636 🙏💯🔥
I vote for the 636
Great video! I vote for the 636 build next.
Thank you for sharing. Very nice video. The next one should be the Kawasaki 636 🤪
I already have an idea for how I want it to look, so far that's 1 vote for Kawasaki!
Remus here at Europe and Japan I think it's very well known brand. Top brand

Any of the rebuild wrecked bikes: do you ever measure the frame if its not bend?
I do a visual inspection and make sure there is no major damage such as cracks, bends and stress from the accident
The Daytona was one if the best bikes ive riden. I was close to pullin the trigger on a 2020 765 but the insurance here un Tx is F'in ridiculous.
