@legbreaker2762 anything beyond tremors 4 was the dip from the practical effects with minor CGI to just full blown CGI. Some graboids were practically alien like. Also some of the later plot points felt very shoe horned without much of that redneck humor.

Normally I'm not one for musicals with the exception of Rocky Horror Picture Show, but this is incredible and I love it, and there's a high chance it's going to be replayed many times throughout the day. Well done everyone who worked on this it's a masterpiece and a great tribute.
One thing I hadn't noticed until watching this for the umpteenth time: In addition to the change in crew, I feel like this franchise actually suffered from the improvements of camera technology. Seeing everything look clearer and sharper in the newer movies feels weird to me.

I grew up with the tremors films, for me as a kid, that was sorta my very own spongebob, i could've watched something else, but i decided to just keep rewatching tremors films over and over, to the point i can quote each of the films scripts in my head. Which may or may not have, led to me becoming a bit of a "gun nut".
