Hi Maangchi! Your beauty is like a bright light that fills the entire room...you remind me so much of my beloved Mom. She passed away when I was only 19 and I have missed her everyday since. She owned one of the first Korean restaurants in our area and people would come from all over to eat her delicious food and visit with her...some people would stay with there all day long just to enjoy her company. Especially, it's a kind of seasonal food in South Korea. It's hot and spicy food. It's one of my favorite foods in, especially, fall and winter. It looks delicious and this is a traditional cooking recipe of spicy soft tofu stew with beef. This recipe is a same one in which my mother used to cook for me when i was young. You can use spam or sausage instead of beef and there are lots of different recipes in fusion way. It reminds me of my mother's food. Thanks.

I just made this with some venison backstrap that i made into a bulgogi marinade yesterday night. I got a large Korean earthen bowl for Christmas that serves 2 and cooks so well on the stovetop! Just made this soup with venison bulgogi. So delicious and versatile. The key is of course to get a wonderful stock made ahead of time. One of my 2020 highlights has been learning to cook various dishes from Korea on facebook. Made my apartment "Warm and Cozy". Thanks Maangchi!

I like this soup. And it looks so easy to make. I used to think the soup have to put Kochujung (the red chili paste) in it. But I was wrong, it’s only need chili powder, sesame oil and pepper. It’s so easy. Thank you for the recipe.

망치님 영상 잘 보고있어요. 초보자도 엄청 쉽게 만들 수 있게 설명 잘해주시더라고요.중간중간에 ASMR을 살리셨으면 더욱 음식의 맛이 전해질 것 같은 느낌이 들어서.가령 깍두기를 먹을 때나 뜨거운 국을 후후 불면서 후루룩하고 먹을 때나.음식을 끊일 때나.(물론 외국에선 소리를 내며 밥을 먹으면 예의가 아니라 생각하겠지만.) 그 음식을 먹을 때 후루룩짭잡하는 소리가 오히려 먹고싶게 만들어주는 효과도 있어서.국이 보글보글 끓는 소리라던지.ㅎㅎ 남자인데도 망치님 레시피대로 만들어보구 싶네요.

망치님 영상 잘 보고있어요. 초보자도 엄청 쉽게 만들 수 있게 설명 잘해주시더라고요.중간중간에 ASMR을 살리셨으면 더욱 음식의 맛이 전해질 것 같은 느낌이 들어서.가령 깍두기를 먹을 때나 뜨거운 국을 후후 불면서 후루룩하고 먹을 때나.음식을 끊일 때나.(물론 외국에선 소리를 내며 밥을 먹으면 예의가 아니라 생각하겠지만.) 그 음식을 먹을 때 후루룩짭잡하는 소리가 오히려 먹고싶게 만들어주는 효과도 있어서.국이 보글보글 끓는 소리라던지.ㅎㅎ 남자인데도 망치님 레시피대로 만들어보구 싶네요.
