    Thank you for this insightful video! It's amazing how we can use mindful practices to strengthen our legs and stay active as we age. I've found that even small exercises, when done mindfully, make a big difference in how I feel day to day. Wishing everyone watching this video health and strength as they continue on their journey. Here's something to think about-do you believe that aging is entirely in our control if we practice mindful movement and proper nutrition, or do genetics play an even larger role? Would love to hear others’ thoughts on this!
