    I have been looking for this way of living for a long time. I am tired of all the stuff they add to our food. And like you said, our Doctor writes prescriptions as fast as our heart beats. I'm sick of taking a huge handful of medications. Thankfully you are teaching and I am learning.

    I am sitting here cutting up all my vegetables as I watch your video. I've used this method since the 90's. I do it a bit different, not including the meat, or other items until I'm ready to eat. I chop, and mix all the vegetables, leaving them raw. I prefer to only give them a quick stir, in olive oil. keeping them very crisp but hot. I love them cold too. I will have chicken cooked, and shredded, or love adding chickpeas, especially as a cold salad. This is the perfect way to do meal prep, making life so much easier, healthier, giving us more time for other things.

    The Lord led me here! I am going plant based due to a new diagnosis of high bp. Won’t go to meds just yet. Went to regular UTube channels for a while now trying to figure it all out. Knew I wanted to have a nutritionist/dietician in my life and was asking around my community. Sweet time with the Lord this morning, broken and confessed up, He led me here🙏🏼❤️

    I prayed that the Lord help me to lose some weight and some how your video is playing . He answered my prayer !     I have been watching you for about a year now because I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and arthritis all throughout my body, the worst in my back, which is causing scoliosis. Since I have changed my diet and included intermittent fasting, I have lost 20 lbs and decreased my blood pressure medication. There is so much contradictory information out there, even within the Christian community. The Lord has led me to you to help straighten it all out. Thank you for sharing God's principles for nutrition.

    Hi Annette! I have never seen this video and I am so excited! I do not know if you remember me, but we exchanged a few emails when I bought products from you, and I bought every program and book you have about a year and a half ago, BUT I haven't gotten very far because I am that person that is diabetic and have had such a hard time with all of this and the lack of protein. This video is a game-changer for me. I have been practicing trying to do the Daniel Fast for a few years, but I can never complete more than 2 weeks, and only when I include beans and grains, because my blood glucose goes sky high. I also have an issue eating all of those raw vegetables. I have tremendous stomach pains and it feels like I am digesting rocks, even with digestive enzymes. Though I can and do eat every vegetable in your video as a soup and do fine with them cooked. It is only the hard cruciferous and root vegetables that bother my stomach raw, except the beets, turnips, and rutabaga. No problem as raw.
    Seriously, I think seeing that you advocate this kind of cooked meal, with meat and or eggs too, is going to change everything for me. I can still have small amounts of the Power 5 Salads, and this cooked mix, as well! Now, I can only eat maybe a total cup of food at a meal and generally eat only once per day, maybe twice if I am really hungry, but being older small amounts and cooked foods work much better for me. I do eat about 75% leafy raw bitter greens, 20% meat/fish, and 5% grains or fruit. As much as possible, all organic, grass-fed, pastured, and wild-caught. THIS information in this video is something I FINALLY feel I can build a solid foundation on and still follow your plan. I am so surprised I have never seen this. I thought I had seen all of your videos. Thank You :) It is an AMEN DAY!!!

    Funny, I virtually did this last night without meat but with butter beans and now I'm watching the recipe in action...although I confess, I added 2 teaspoon of garam masala, a teaspoon of chilli flakes and a teaspoon of Cumin. I simmered it in soya milk rather than coconut milk which I'd normally used and it turned out to be a fine curry of sorts!

    I am going to watch one more time this recipe and then try in my kitchen. This is lot of time saving recipe. Here I am in the kitchen so many hours cooking different kind of food to feed my family wasting so much time.     I think God led me to your channel this morning while scrolling cause I've never seen your channel before! Thank you! I've been eating whole foods plant based for over a year and feeling great, however, in the past few months my hubby and I have "slipped" and allowed ourselves treats that we had previously given up. Now I'm feeling like you've given me to the motivation to get back on track with my better eating again! We already eat everything you've shown in this video and no meat for over a year (except for an indulgence last Thanksgiving!) Looking forward to going back to watch previous videos as time permits.     Oil is not necessary for sauteing. Water or veggie broth works, and there's no additional fat added. 👍🏼

    I’m trying to give God control over my life and I have gained some ground in areas of sexual sin but I still feed the flesh in many ways that are unhealthy, like my diet and lack of exercise. Our bodies are the temples of God and I want to honor him. One of the fruits of the spirit is self control which I have learned I lack and my weight and eating habits are a testament of that. Will you pray for me so I can crucify the flesh and not let it have dominion over me, and I think finding your channel at a time when I am understanding this is not a coincidence. Thanx

    Did you cook the meat and lentils etc?
    I used to make mixed vege soup just like what you've got, and have it for every meal, and it was delicious, and was helping me lose weight, but then my husband cracked up about having soup for every meal, so I had to stop making it.
    It's hard when you have to cook for other people, and cater to their needs and wants as well.
    My husband is not a believer, so his attitudes to Christian things are not always very positive or considerate, though he is not fully negative either.

      Honey, if it was helping YOU lose weight and feel better... Keep making it for YOU! Fix him a Grilled Sandwich with meat and either soup as a SIDE or serve him what he likes and freeze 1/2 for next week!

      Vegetable curry is very good. You could try red or white quinoa instead of rice or mixed with rice. Diabetics must substitute that for rice.

      That is a good question. In the book of the Bible Daniel ate only vegetable and legumes for 21 days to hear from the Lord.
      Today many people eat this way for spiritual and physical reasons.
