The new Shinola amenity kit looks nice, I wonder if they're giving those ones only in First or in Business too, The black boxy kits they're giving out currently in Business is nice too, has slightly less creams (hand cream and lip balm) than this one you're showing here.

The food is an absolute joke. I remember thinking that the quality and presentation of the food on my LAX-LHR (First Class) was marginally better than premium economy on BA.

My guess is that, since my flight originated in London, they have better preparation standards in the UK than they do for meals served when departing from LAX. Just a guess though…
Free food that comes with a $4,000 ticket & the ability to eat nap & drink coffee at 38k feet while getting to your destination is never a joke. It may not be 5 star but im extremely appreciative
