Santa Pod with an old Vauxhall Chevette, watch to the end .

Had a great day at the Santa Pod drag raceway with my good friend Matt , he graciously allowed me to video his race car the 'Golden Griffin' a 1981 Vauxhall Chevette which is fitted with a 7.5 litre Chevrolet Big Block V8.
The day was more about testing the engine and the car, not to see really what its best could be, but even so a 11.08 sec quarter mile at 120 mph .

Always makes my wonder why people that obviously know about motors stick their face next to a burning carb and blow on it, when all that needs to be done is key the motor over and it will ingest the flames straight into the engine!!! simples
