Just when you thought you're familiar with a particular location, I was surprised to learn so much more about Quinn. It's way more than just a project with great connectivity via the premium LRT line that connects to KLCC in merely 6 stations. It's also well connected via highways such as MRR2, direct access to Mont Kiara and PJ via DUKE, and the exciting extension of Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway directly to Bangsar South.
I'm most impressed when I found out that this is developed by the main developer of the entire Wangsa Maju. This means all of the development from the terrace houses, schools, parks, public buildings, Wangsa Walk mall and etc were part of their masterplan all along. On top of that, their connection to Hongkong Land indicates the international approach to the building. Their company background is simply amazing : mclland.com.my
However, the traffic noise from the LRT and public buses are apparent during the visit. The overwhelming crowd to Wangsa Walk Mall will somewhat be a concern as it's pretty close to the entrance. Overall it's just a high populated area, great connectivity, sophisticated town planning project complimented by great nature elements such as the ridge and forest reserves.
