I grew up in one of those government housing, I believe it was called Ruman Bangsa or something. This RumahWIP quality is way way better than the older types. The "security" of course is not the same as condo as it's meant to be like "open concept" ie the corridors etc is accessible to the public just like the HDB in Singapore.

I find it weird that Rumahwip can be rented out, seems to beat the purpose of giving people a chance to own a home instead of for investment. The walkway to the LRT is so narrow which decreases safety as well.
