  • Just a stone throw away from my future house, The Park Sky Residence seems to be the main building due to the upcoming Pavilion Mall adjacent to it. Bukit Jalil is just connected via so many highways, for eg KL-Seremban highway, LDP, KESAS, MEX and etc. Plus within a 1 km radius, there're already 4 MRT stations, which is super convenient.
Besides that, the green space of this part of Bukit Jalil is also sufficient where there's the park and the Berjaya Golf and Country Club. In response to the amazing surrounding, Park Sky's facilities deck is just exciting. I truly enjoy the experience designed using organic forms. Also, the division of private versus public space in the unit is great.
However, the short terms pain of traffic congestion due to the construction works is rather troublesome. Besides, the upcoming supply of highrise using Pavilion mall as the centrepiece is also concerning.

Awesome review Sean, as always. Just a suggestion though, in future videos could you check or put in how's the background/ambience noise/sound as heard in the unit from outside, with window open/closed condition? A lot of units/places have amazing views but kinda cacat a bit by the nearby noisy road/traffic. Keep up the good work Sean!

How to "own" a big garden without having to pay for its maintenance? Believe me maintaining a huge >80 acres garden in your G&G development is going to cost an arm and a leg. This is a novel location/concept. You can enjoy the green lung for free and head to Pavilion if you need to shop with free shuttle bus to the Awan Besar MRT station if you need to go elsewhere. With the diminishing greens around Bukit Jalil, Park Sky is a steal, imho. 😊

Curious as to why if there is a dropped ceiling they don’t install the aircon inside there and run ducting so only a slim line vent shows? With all the other effort in styling the apartment, such as wood panelling on the wall, etc this area is overlooked.

Sean I like you take 3 on 3 at the end of the video. However, maybe you can do a more quantitative comments/rating.
You can take a look at Doug DeMuro's channel on cars review, at the end of the video there is a Doug's Score review with 10 qualities of the car and he rates these individual quality base on his own benchmark score.
Probably you can do something like that and called it Sean's score, with 10 items from the property, e.g., amenities, convenience, traffic, etc, and by the end of the day, there will be a Excel sheet with all these rating that viewers can have a look for comparison of different properties.
Nonetheless, keep up the good work!
