You are always such a delight. I have a broken foot but I did this workout the best that I could with lots of modifications. If you think your hair was bad you should see mine! hahaha! From a 70 year old who adores you and your delightful workouts. Charlene
Love this!! I didnt notice hair since I was too busy trying to ignore that my legs caught fire😅thank you for these workouts.Ive got all 3 daughters doing them as well

Ok, I don't have much hair yet due to chemo but the rest of me!!! 😂 This was a tough one even though I only went down halfway on those Pliés and Curtsy Lunges. And my calves really were on🔥during those calve raises. I was cleared to return to full body strength training last week using light to no weights so I'll definitely repeat this one - is every other day ok or should I rather opt for every three days (always provided my body agrees to working out)? I'll come out of chemo early December and I'm prone to overdoing things 🙈
Hi Angie and Olive, I loved this workout. I also didn't notice anything wrong with your hair. I love the 40-minute time length, not too short and not too long, just right. I sound like Goldilocks, lol😂.

Can I use weights for this if I did strength training yesterday??
Hi Karen, yes you can. I would use lighter weights - 1lb or 2lb. You can always set them down if it feels like much.
