Today in Elden Ring I show you a full walkthrough guide on how to get the Reduvia dagger location in Elden Ring at the start of the game in the starting area of Limgrave. This video guide is perfect for beginners since I show you how to get this weapon easily without battling anything early. I will show you how to get 2 Reduva daggers to duel wield using coop gameplay. The Reduvia dagger is a Dex weapon that scales with dexterity and strength. The weapon is powerful since it applies bleed quickly for high damage, it also has a blood blade ranged attack skill that applies bleed from a distance. This is a fantastic Elden Ring pvp weapon and pve weapon for a bleed build.

I got 2 of these at +10 with 70 arcane 30 dex, 95 bleed build up each. They are a complete monster for PvE and PvP. I highly recommend. Also add mimic tear +10, bosses will need to pull out a tampon because they will bleed out all over the battlefield. 😂

You don’t need two Reduvia daggers, just put one Blood ash of war on another dagger which will actually add higher bleed build up and dual wield that. You get nothing extra for having a second reduvia dagger aside from style points.
So you can do the L1 combo as long as the second weapon got a blood ash of war?
@@crystallitex6311 as long as it’s the same weapon type l1 will do a combo attack. The ash of war will just add blood build up to a dagger that doesn’t have it.

With the Ashes of war (Blood slash or Blood Blade ) you dont need a second Reduvia. The bleed on the ashes is actually higher. You just want 1 for the weapon art if anything.
Having two reduvia is just for cheesing the early game cause dual wielding early high bleed damage especially with Bandit. It literally melts through every enemy, bosses included, and does so the rest of the game.

i have blood slash and blood blade and neither of them work on my crystal knife dagger. :/
Fun fact you don't actually have to go the full way to the river just go directly to the cliff on the left side of the bridge, use your horse to jump to the curved ledges that are on each side of the bridge, and just walk or run down them. That immediately puts you on a rock where you can just use the horses sprint and jumping to skip all the enemies that are there.

You dont have to have two reduvias. There's an ash of war that makes a dagger you have build up blood loss. My reduvias buildup is 59. My other dagger is 69.

If you use an ashe of war on your offhand dagger for gucci bleed damage youncan upgrade it with normal smithing stones while the reduvia can get upgraded with regular stones making it very easy to get a +10 reduvia and fairly high level offhand early .
This will be my starting weapon. I love the blades of mercy in Bb. This will be the closes to them

I started w/ prisoner, but I decided it was worth it and grinded until I got lvl 13😂

Another option is to just put a blood ash of war on your starting dagger you get as a bandit and use it in your off hand. You do not need two of these daggers to use the ranged attack, and the starting dagger allows you to use your normal smithing stones

Other places include mohg dynasty area where you can get blood tax weapon art off I think an enemy don't really recall.
There's a few more but those are the two most easily accessible early game
Bandit starting weapon deals 32-ish bleed buildup so Hoarfrost stomp will add 70-ish frostbite buildup, slowing enemies and they take 20% more damage for 30 seconds

Could also pick a second up in NG+. Elden ring is a ton of folks’ first FromSoftware game so they may not know about NG+.
The game tells you this when you finish it and after the credits it Prompts this option and also tells you where you can go to NG+ when your ready to do so if you decline the option the first time.

Hey guys, you can reliably dupe items in Elden Ring. But only for a certain amount but it's fairly simple. Y'know those walking Mausoleums? Yea you can actually take those things down by hitting this paths of little white-ish rocks by their legs.
If you hit off enough of em, it should fall. Once it falls you'll actually be able to enter said Mausoleum where at the cost of One Rememberance, you can dupe any weapon of your choosing. Only thing is that each and every Mausoleum can dupe ONCE...

Or you can put cold effect on a dagger, with the reduvia. So you can bleed AND proc frost very quickly.

@@lowkey3016 Yeah, the first dagger you have from a class can do the trick. Rush the caria manor for the invisible enemy, east from entrance for the thing to put cold on your weapon. Easy to get. My character is actually level 103 with 40 dex and arcane, it melts bosses that are weak to bleed. Both daggers have like 80 bleed. (+38 frost) But you can also put blood on the dagger to bleed more, it's your choice.
@@Omnimon152 it's hard to balance frost damage and bleed damage, as they don't scale with similar stats, but you can rock occult if you want the flat damage without the bleed drop off
My dex build I weld dual scimitars(with duplicated blood slash for bleed) for mid distance and thanks to this video i added dual welding Reduvia daggers for close/range(weapon art is awesome). It literally feels like cheating tbh, now i have *almost* no weaknesses lol. Also I can upgrade both sets without having to choose between the two; since they take different types of smithing stones.
Which weapon combo feels better to you? I've been doing the same dual duplicated bloody slash ash of war build from Fextralife
@@wmrt167 the dual scimitars are better, and the combos are easier to hit. The jump LB attack is OP, you hit FOUR! times and the sprinting LB attack hits 3 times. Also you can switch the ash of war to Hoarstomp later on for amazing AOE dmg and FROST build
I love the “Drizzt” build. I went with that in Demons Souls.

Like in DS3, I think you can still backup a save file after dropping the item for a friend (?)
You're better off using one Riduva and and blood greatknife in your offhand. A blood greatknife procs bleeding quicker and you can get bloody slash early on from Fort Height (hope I spelled it right)and it hits hard asf.
I can say for sure the Bloody Finger Hunter Yura cannot solo Nerijus. Or at least it isn't as guaranteed as the video suggests. Providing some cover for him by getting backstabs into Nerijus is necessary. It's still an easy fight so long as you back off when Nerijus targets you.
Take note that if Yura were killed while fighting Nerijus, he won't spawn anymore when you defeated Nerijus. If he died and you were defeated by Nerijus, he will respawn again to aid you on the next fight.
In my experience, Yura can't solo Nerijus. He always get defeated before I could finish Nerijus.
i saw him under a bridge early game and killd him immediately, i had to solo nejirus
And if you run away Tyra will appear in normal form under the bridge thing
Nerijus was the first person I found that I had trouble with with no knowledge of how the game even works I spent at least 3 hours yura did nothing for me lmao

I got a very nice person on one of the Elden Ring subreddits to do this for me, and I've been playing around with dual-wielding these. The results are mixed. The ranged attack definitely seems to have a higher bleed build-up than the melee attacks, so keep in mind when he says "in a few hits" he's talking about the skill. I haven't come across any enemy in Limgrave so far, beyond Demihumans I think, who proc on just one combo with base stats, so be prepared to have to fight a bit more than that. The moveset however is very enjoyable and fast paced, and works super well as a dex build. The weapon skill is also really good, it casts super quickly and has a nice wide area to catch rolls or sidesteps. I think with higher stats/ the proper infusions these would definitely be a beast, but at base level you're better off with the Uchigatana for damage+melee range as well as the bleed.

If you're dual wielding reduvias then your main dps stat ist arcane. You should also start investing some points into Dex once you reached about 30-40 arc, but generally speaking Arc > Dex for reduvia.
When I was doing the original fight against the blood dude in the ravine I just jumped down because there's two very easy ways, one is if you're a Confessor, or there may be others but im not sure you can cast a spell to negate fall damage, which I am a confessor, but I just slowly scaled down the wall and then used my double jump to avoid the fall damage
I never play DS series before. Took me around 3 hours to defeat The bloody finger Nerijus at level 15. Not sure how many times I die in the game. Countless amount of death and respawn to defeat this guy.

"Just 1 Friend" You cannot do this at the same time, otherwise it IS another player whom attacks instead of Bloody Finger Nerijus. Tried it twice now and both times it has another PLAYER attack us in place of Bloody Finger Nerijus.
I ran into this guy really early and he kicked my ass a lot of times!! So he ain’t just easy easy it took me a few tries and I’m decent at these games but I guess if I’d leveled up some first it probably would be a lot easier

If you’re using a bandit to kill him I suggest rushing him and not giving him a chance to attack you’ll kill him fast
What about just using the great knife (starter for bandit) and putting the bleed ash of war on it? Does enough bleed damage.

The Prisoner Class does not start with enough ARC.. it's the BANDIT.

I was using this dagger on mergit or whatever his name is, and the host was shouting "omg whos doing all that damage!" made me smile knowing it was my bleed taking effect.
Does dual dagger reduvia stacks bleed faster than using 1 reduvia and 1 basic dagger?
return to the blood, this is my Eileen the crow version from bloodborne.. im using this now and it wreck everything.. but against with high pose armor you can only do the range attack.
Bleed build up is always the same, but the two Daggers can fit more attacks in a smaller window, meaning if you only had time to get 3 or 4 light attacks in during a window after dodging, the dual Daggers might get in 6 in that same time. Meaning more attacks, more damage, more blood stacking
I started bandit & beat margit dual wielding the great knife & reduvia unupgraded at lv 22. The jellyfish helped but bleed was the true mvp
I got warped to Blood Rot land through that chest in the dragon ruins. I got the rotty dog...and that was the secret to beaten Margit...the dogs gets killed pretty quick but gives Margit scarlet rot. Just don't let Margit kill you....and he will die. I felt kinda cheap...but being a souls veteran, having died 21 times...it's whatever.

I heard that if you just get the one dagger and then pair it up with Eleonora's Poleblade, it will give you more range fight options.

tip update 1. if you go at the end of the canyon there is a check point. you go behind the ruin that is near it and you fall in the canyon without taking any damage, in that way you respawn near. 2. help does not appear if you don't take one time damage. 3. when help appears you must stay close in fight, because every time the red goes low on Health he refills it with potions, so you must be near to stop him from doing it. 3. the guy that helps you dies if you dont help him in battle.
Help arrives if you run back towards the entrance were the skeletons are.. I've fought this guy heaps with not hitting him or taking a single hit of damage. The guy still spawns in but is running right from the entrance so if you spawn the invader, then leg it back your help will be there before getting owned.

I believe it does. I'm only about 30% certain though. I know Arcane seems to boost certain elements damage or status' damage in the terms of poison. The fact that the weapon scales with arc, leveling arcane made the blood loss stat go up, as well as upgrading the weapon increased the arcane scaling itself.

I thought dual wielding two reduvia doesn't stack bleed any faster than just a single one? I got 2 of them as well and it takes the same amount of button presses dual wielding or just using one to proc bleed
the number of hits required is the same if duel wield or 1 handed. with duel wield you get the number of required hits off faster than 1 handed.
so if it takes 3x R1 to proc 1 handed, it will still take 3x R1 duel wield, but the combo is much faster.
The difference is in dual wielding you powerstance with the dagger and your offhand attack becomes hitting with both weapons. R1 or w/e will hit with the right hand L1 will be the powerstance attack which is 3 quick strikes. Look up the powerstance for the different weapon

The bleed is your damage.
Have you seen the samurai blade?
When the bleed takes hold it takes a percentage of health.
So most likely upping the bleed ups the damage.

How do you "up the bleed"? Your answer didn't explain the difference in level arcane over Dex of vice versa.
Unless you saying that if I level Dex the bleed will naturally increase with the damage? Of so, what does leveling arcane do for the damage output of the dagger?
dex will increase raw damage, which is not high for daggers to begin with but it's still needed because not every enemies can bleed. Arcane will increase the rate at which bleed is applied, pretty sure it doesn't increase how big of a chunk the bleeding actually takes away. Be careful though, pretty sure bleed is going to be nerfed in a future patch, it's a bit too efficient right now and no previous souls game remotely had such a strong bleed effect without using any consumables (and even THAT got nerfed pretty fast).

For the npc invader I killed him by doing 3 parry and the help npc was late

they seem to have changed it and now the red dagger eliminates the mpc help with little trouble.
Don't know whether this got changed in the patch but the Hunter that was supposed to save me was absolutely slaughtered: only took half a dozen hits. And then the bloody finger guy left...

I'm almost finishing this game with just one reduvia, and I can say thats no need other one. Just one reduvia is fine to win against every boss(even bosses with bleed resistence).
I just finished the game using since day 1 reduvia daggers , i upgraded them +10 and upgraded muy mimic +10 - unstopable.
I am at the DragonLord. All Reduvia. I did add Blood Katana to Arsenal after reaching the mountain, but Reduvia is where its at. So Much Fun. And Satisfying. Well Played.
Bleed is the most op weapons so far, Im seeing this as being nerfed quickly
I'm not sure if they just have the math wrong on the calculation, it's a bit overtuned right now imo.

That skill a "range blood attack" isn't uniqe , can be found as "Ash of War: Blood Blade".
Dropped by a Teardrop Scarab in Altus Plateau, northeast of Erdtree-Gazing Hill, flying above a pond with trees.
And it can be duplicated. So you can actually turn any daggers, swords, and twinblade into a double Reduvia.
With same high level of bleed effect and range blood attacks - but with even higher base dmg.
Reduvia dagger has the highest scaling with arc with a B rating at max upgrade. Take a dagger at max only has a D rating max upgrade. Higher arcane scale, more bleed bro.
Only viable early game build I've found for a rogue archetype, sadly. Outside of parry spam dagger play. Hopefully mid/late game will have more options.

You won't be disappointed. I have ADHD and over the years I've not been able to play games like I used to. I just lose interest too quickly and get bored.
However, this game has completely captivated me. It's seriously as good as everyone is saying it is. It's amazing. Get it, you won't regret it.
Reduvia was nerfed in patch in has higher requirements to wield, does 50 bleed build up from its previous of 60 and has a higher FP cost.
Duel reduvia is still viable but no longer OP the hook claws in stormveil Castle scale with with dexterity to build bleed, has 60 bleed build up, faster than reduvia and has no FP cost as it relys on normal light, heavy, charged heavy, jump attack to stack bleed.
(reduvia scales with dexterity and arcane, needing two stats making is a waste of stat points for less bleed build up)
40 arcane 40 dexterity I got 3 bleeds on godrick. (Reduvia +5)
40 dexterity 5 bleeds on godrick, 40 points spare and no blood grease or special ash's (hook claws +5)
To understand how bleed build up works, it scales to the weapons scaling so for a dexterity weapon bleed scales with dexterity. Reduvia scales in both dexterity and arcane meaning you have to dump 40 points in both for it to be any good. (Baring early game)
I wouldn't say any good. I'm using a reducing and a regular dagger and the bleed stacks pretty well doing massive damage to boss like enemies

@@reev3s it wasn't in the patch notes it was a hidden in the patch ask around people will confirm it, I myself found out on a TH-cam video.
My uchigatana with ashes of war blood slash at +16 with me being lvl 56 dex 22, arcane 21, strength 17 my weapon art is dealing over a 1000 damage with super low fp cost and with vigor at 25, I can use the skill 5 times and with the assassins dagger talisman I am able to get all that health back with 1 critical attack. I am able to destroy basically every areas enemies in 1-3 hits, blood buildup is 76 and with the regular attack it takes 3 hits for them to bleed. Using the weapon art I was able to defeat every dragon boss with the most 6 skill attacks. It's ridiculous. And invading ppl I have been 1 shotting almost everyone with it.

Can’t you just get another dagger and put bloody slash on it for added bleed effect? You don’t really need the second one.
So after 2 hours trying to evade this invader I realized it’s in NO WAY as easy as his video clip. The enemy is twice as fast as you and his attacks track your rolls…just be prepared for a roll of the dice as to his aggro
