Their are many bosses significantly harder with underlevelled weapons & no vigor, The Nightriders(specially glaive varients), Malenia, Radagon+elden, Dual crucible knights heros grave/crucible knights in general, Mohg(palace varient), literally every Revenant in the game, the very bottom of the haligtree is infested, even the variants of the very first boss you encounter in the game are much more challenging. Draconian hits hard, but his attacks are slow & predictable.

Reminds me of of of my favorite runs that I ever did: all 165 bosses, region locked, new weapon after every Remembrance. It's how I discovered that Bolt of Gransax in Mountaintops is incredible against pretty much everything there, except the Night Cavalry. That bastard is just hard to hit.

Sadly, no bloodflame incantations scale with arc. He neutured his blood loss value for half of his run because he used it instead of greases. They should scale at least a bit instead of nothing imo.
Bloodflame blade at least doesnt need to scale with arc, its actually better that way. The incant works by applying a flat 40 bleed (over time) every single hit, which stacks additively regardless of how fast its applied. This means its ridiculously broken on fast weapons like claws, and more dissapointing on slower weapons.
@@WhiteMaskAlysa also allows strong bleed buildup on weapons that have innate bleed while still allowing you to go for better upfront damage infusions such as heavy or keen. Essentially allowing you to go for a bleed setup without locking yourself into it
@@fabianschultz yup thats worth mentioning too, also since it doesnt scale off arc it can be used on any build, which is why bloodflame claws are so strong since you can just pump damage while getting ridiculous bleed on top
after experimenting with almost every bleed weapon in the game bloody helice might be my favorite/ the best. honorable mention to beast claws because holy shit the bleed build on those things is monstrous
This is honestly one of the things that bothers me the most about Elden Ring, that item discovery is tied to a stat that's actually specifically useful for certain builds. It basically just puts a farming stat tax on anyone who's not doing an arcane build, and anyone with an arcane build is going to have a much much easier time farming items than anybody who's not. I don't understand what was so wrong with having it tied to a stat like luck, where it was basically the same amount of useful regardless of your class, and you pretty much only ever put points into it if you needed to boost your item discovery. Also fuck them for putting the item discovery talisman so late in the game, it's absolutely insane. It almost seems like fromsoft is trying to force you into not item farming until NG+ (unless you have an arcane build.)

And if you really want a specific weapon, you can always just head to nokron to get a bunch of larval tears and briefly respec to arc

The first Gargoyle door I ever opened was the one with the Turtle talisman. I was thrown off when I opened it and seen a room full of turtles and a bunch of messages from players that all just said "dog!" Lol.
I wasn't actually looking at the screen the first time it played, and I thought there was some crazy multi-hit combo attack with the claws with a specific ash of war that I just didn't know about... Nope, just some fast editing
Gino, I'd love to see some PvP. You have a lot of the skills that make a very good player. You have great spacing, no panic rolls, great situational awareness, can free aim throwables, etc... I'd tune in for that on a regular basis.
He was in the twitch rivals pvp event recently and actually did really well, im sure you can find videos or vods of it if you want, was an entertaining event for sure and gino has a lot of pvp experience from ds3, which is pretty transferrable to er
From this i have begun to question why we are given like four fights with black knife assassins, 8 fights with godskins, 3 with gargoyles hell even reverents and sangrine nobles get one fight each but we get zero with the lions or banished knights
@@nekrazero8331 Not overly as you can hijack them using the Bewitching branches to trivialize the fight. So they are less bosses and more "inconvenient" spirit ashes.

Good to see someone did an arcane only. It's my favorite thing to do. Doesn't do great damage but there are some weird weapons/playstyles you can do with it besides bleed. Like the Albunauric's Staff, Ripple Crescent, etc. Can also just use the Occult infuse on any normal weapon as well
lowkey i think 20:26 is one of the main reasons gino's so much better at this game than me. getting that close on that long of a fight and then dying would have me yeeting my computer out the nearest window, not laughing
I used Reduvias blade for Draconic Tree Setinal and the weapon art really shined. The bleed proc made the fight trivial compared to the attempt even fully buffed. Just sit back and ride the range attacks while dodging once and countering with the weapon art
Gino something to note about the ripple blade and ripple crescent halberd, both work better with blood grease rather than bloodflame blade, I dont know exactly why that is but yeah (dunno if you get greases in this video and I just sound dumb rn but whatever) Edit: I just sound dumb lmao, dont pay attention to anything I said
His knowledge of enemy movesets is god tier. I just cant learn them. Maybe if I had PC and could replay the boss fights over and over with save files. On console you get such little exposure. But then again, I just suck.
why start with the class that has the highest arcane!? If you picked the one with the lowest arcane, you would end up at a higher overall level by the time you reached 99 arcane. you would also have a greater range of weapons that you could meet the stat requirements for.

Ripple Blade shares a moveset with Warped Axe. I love those things. Especially a Bloody Warped Axe. With Spinning Slash. Usually bleeds people in one full use of the Ash of War.

I had "coop" run with my friend, starfist (or fistweapons only) with only the ocult scaling an leveling arcane to the max. The update made fistweapons kinda op xD
Star fists are quite literally the best pve weapon in the game. Iron ball is preferred in no hit only because its available in liurnia rather than leyndell
Got a run idea for you if you need one: Pick wretch, only level health and stamina, and don't use anything that would change the other stats at all at any time (knot tears, special armor, great runes, etc.) keeping them all at the starting level of 10. You're otherwise allowed to use anything that can be used by your level 10 everything (2-handing for 15 strength is up to the user) and pretty much all damage increases outside of buffs will mostly depend on just upgrading weapons. Hope this at least sounds interesting :) P.S. - I'll save you some time: The only spell that works at 10 or less INT is glintstone pebble.
my favorite part about this run is that, despite levelling up the "luck" stat, you have probably the worst luck when it came to fighting bosses this time

I swear to god those imps are entirely too strong, and their weapons have some of the craziest fucking bleed buildup in any enemy you encounter, especially ones that early in the game. Their moves have a really weird timing that makes you always dodge too early or too late, because the delay is like a half a second longer than you expect it to be, every time. I've probably died more to those things than I've died to most bosses at this point. Except for Godskin duo...
This run only solidified the idea that Rotten Breath or ekzykes decay just turns Radahn's health bar in lto a fkn loading bar. Shit disappears and you wonder where half your fight went

11:32 i suppose you are holding your seal in your right hand so that you can cast it on horseback, but you dont need to. If you have it on your left hand and two hand it, you will be able to cast it on horseback

It's because blood grease bleed build up scales with arcane when used on a weapon with arcane scaling and bfb bleed build up doesn't scale.

Seeing the draconic tree sentinel kill you over and over is kinda wild. Every other run you post you make the bosses look like they're nothing compared to you lol

Wouldn't rykard be considered the main boss of Altus? You don't HAVE to beat him to leave, but he runs volcano, which is in the Altus area
